Terrible!

4 of the 6 bulbs quit working in a year and a half. Lowes Warranty department hasn't helped. I rewired and redrywalled to hang this fixture. SO UPSET!!!

Lights failed quickly. No replacements available.

Bought the light 12/2/18. Within a few months a couple lights started to dim, then get bright intermittently, then failed. Lowe's has no replacement track head assemblies. Said to call Allen and Roth. Don't bother. First attempt, I gave up at one hour. Second attempt, I finally got a foreigner after half an hour. End result; Allen and Roth have no parts available. This unit is junk and you can't get replacement bulbs. I'm out $180 plus tax for a piece of junk. Had to give it a one, but it deserv...

Disappointing

Lasted looking pretty only few months. The bulbs started to go out one by one. We are now down to two. Not a good product

Parts not available

Contacted Allen-Roth using the number in the manual and they are unable to provide replacement parts even though this is still being sold as new. It's unacceptable to me to offer a product wiith a 5 year warranty, then abandon support after 2 years.

Four burned out bulbs

One year later and four bulbs are burned out and a fifth is flickering. Complete junk!

Bad product

Impossible to replace the light bulbs once they burn out and believe me they will burn out very soon. Two out so far.No way to find a replacement, nobody feels responsible for it at Lowes even when they gave you 5 years warranty. Not to say are Allen+roths not responded to my claim ever.

Why?

Why would you sell this and why did I not check the reviews? Purchased an entirely new kitchen from Lowes and this is permanently mounted in the ceiling and the lights are failing in less than 2 years.

Do Not Buy This Product

Unit install was straight forward and looks great in my new kitchen. Unacceptable hum even after replacing dimmer with recommended brand. The first light went out in 2 months. Lowe's will not support replacements and the manufacturer will not answer e-mail requests either. The second one is now out and am going to have to replace the whole unit and it will not be this brand. Too bad I now have holes to fill in my new ceiling. VERY disappointed, to say the least.

lights died in 1 month

bought this track lighting system and within 2 months 2 of the lights died and you can't replace them!

While the light is nice at first, the dimming never really worked well even after trying several dimmer switches. I also never liked the fact the bulbs cannot be replaced. When they burn out that's it, its done. You cannot purchase replacements anywhere, not even at Lowes. The company that makes the product doesn't respond to complaints or inquiries about replacements. Defective Product

This is a defective product from Allen & Roth. They should dump this product from every Lowe's stores or consider re-design with the manufacture. I have not come across a product that does not work at all. Sad to see Lowe's is carrying this product.

Disappointed in product

After a year and a half 2 bulbs are dead and 2 more are flickering on their way out. They don't offer replacement head lamps that clip on track. You can not change the bulbs. Going to have to take down whole unit track and all and replace with one another unit with replaceable bulbs. Very disappointed.

Lights Out

Bought this from Lowes 2017. Now 2020 and 3 bulbs out. Didn't realize it was non-replaceable bulbs. What a pain to put up and now I have to take it down and patch holes. Don't by this product! Just imagine the frustration!

Lights go bad quickly

I have had this in my kitchen for less than a year and the third light just went bad, they do not have replaceable bulbs and they are poorly made LEDs.

Looks nice, but the lights are garbage

Install went fine, until one of the lights blew immediately upon electrification. Since then, two more have gone out in about 2 years. As noted in other reviews, no replacements available. Will be ripping it out, patching the ceiling, and putting in a new fixture soon. Very disappointed in the lack of quality.

Non replaceable bulbs

In less than two years two of the lamps have stopped working. The store can’t provide replacements and the manufacturer customer service is impossible to contact.

Crap!

Purchased this light less than a year ago. The lights don’t last and you can’t replace them! Shame on Lowe’s for carrying this piece of crap.
