Second unit to replace two faulty LED lights

This my second purchased only to replace two lights that stopped working.

Bulbs dont last more than a year at best

This track lighting set is 100% garbage. First set I bought resulted in bulbs dying one by one in less than 12 months. Second set... same thing. And there are no replacement bulbs without buying an entire new set.

Replacement lights not available

There is no option to buy replacement lights for this fixture. If a light goes out, I guess you have to call an electrician to see if he can trouble shoot the light. Otherwise, you cannot replace the light.

Single fixture

When you purchase this light set, be sure to buy a second set. Because you can’t replace individual lights as they are not available. And the lights last about three years. I would definitely not recommend.

Lights Burn out within the 1st 3yrs

Loved this purchase initially. Lights flickered out one by one after the 3rd year. Now at the end of the 4th year all lights have burned out with no means of replacing bulbs. Not a l9ng term investment. Very disappointed.

Garbage do not buy!!!!!!

Lowe's does not carry replacement LED modules or any way to get them. once your light goes out your only recourse is to buy another fixture.get your act together Lowe's this is really stupid.

Lights fail after 2 years

Completely disappointed with Lowe’s and this brand. My lights begin failing after the first year, I am now down to 3 out of 6 lights working. There are no replacement heads to buy. The product is under warranty but Lowe’s won’t help facilitate this exchange because we didn’t keep the receipt and didn’t buy it on a Lowe’s charge card. Installation instructions? Non existant

only illustrations - no step by step instructions - no detail regarding installation - looks nice but not worth the headache of a 4 hour installation - hit and miss. What happened to instructions??

Can't replace light bulbs.

I purchased it in the store because I liked the style. However, when I came home I read reviews of the product describing how you can't replace the light bulbs, so I returned it.

Wanted lift to go eight feet and this was more stylish than track lighting

Worst Light Ever

This light is nice looking and overall quality, but whoever decided at Allen + Roth that it was a good idea to make this with light bulbs that are not easily replaceable should be fired. While the initial fixture lasted about 5 years, I am now stuck buying an entire new fixture when all I needed were bulbs replaced. If you buy this product, you will be spending another $200 with 5 years just yo get a bulb. Worst...Light....EVER

Lights burn out

As others have said the lights will stop working and can't be replaced. One died within the first year. by year three, 3 have died and others are on their way out. Lowes won't send replacements and asks you to bring the whole thing to the store.

Cannot replace bulbs

Bought 2 of these units just 3 years ago and LED's starting to fail. Really wish I knew the bulbs were not replaceable and need to replace the entire lamps. The cost to purchase new replacement lamps is 3x the cost of the original purchase price for the whole units. Please don't buy this or you will have holes in your ceiling just like me.

Flexibility is awesome!

Love the flexibility! First one did not work. Track was hot but lights would not come on. Brought home a second one but upon opening I saw someone had been in it and a part was missing. Went to another Lowe’s store and purchased a third and it worked perfectly! I also want to add the dimmer switch cause these lights are “bright”!

Do not recommend!!

I bought 2 units for a large rectangular bedroom. Installed fairly easily and washed the room with beautiful light…. For a few months. Light began flickering and dying one by one. I now have 5 of 12 still burning WITH NO WAY TO REPLACE THE INDIVIDUAL UNITS!! Local Lowe’s store has no ideas to help. Website offers no solution short of replacing with new units. I didn’t plan to buy new light fixtures every two years for this room. I’m very unhappy with this product and disappointed that the retail...

2nd kit failing again after warranty claim

On my second light set even after salvaging the remaining bulbs from the first one. The second one came from a warranty replacement, but when the second set's lights began failing again the company just didn't respond to my emails. Love the light and it's construct, but it definitely has an electrical build quality flaw. Either the track or the lights themselves. Stay away from these.

These lights setup quickly and they’re nice and bright. So far so good.

Cannot replace bulbs!

WHY on earth would you have a track lighting fixture where you can't replace burnt out bulbs??? How stupid. Unfortunately, we didn't discover this until after it was purchased and installed. So...until the bulbs burn out, you have a beautiful fixture with good lighting. But now, here we are a few years later, and basically we have a pile of junk on our ceiling.
