Don't Buy

Beginning about a year after installation, the LED bulbs started failing. Currently only one of the six lights is working. I have tried calling, emailing, and using manufacture's website message system multiple times over a 6-month period with no response. Lowe's won't give you a return or exchange unless you get a return authorization from the manufacturer who won't respond... pathetic.

Don't Buy This !

I was happy with this light for two years and then one of the lamps failed. The one star reviews on the product all have had the same experience. No problem, I thought, the Manufacturer replied to those reviews indicating that they had replacement parts. I have made two phone calls and sent four emails to the customer service contact for the manufacturer. None of these have been returned. I expected more from Lowes and from the manufacturer. Very Disappointing

Can not get replacement lights/bulbs

We moved into a home with this lighting fixture. It looks great when it is turned off, but there are 4 bulbs out, and no way to purchase new ones. I have contacted Lowes, as well as the original manufacturer for these. No response from either. I would not recommend buying this product unless you'd like to replace the entire fixture every two years.

I PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT ABOUT A YEAR AGO, I LIKE THE PRODUCT BUT 1 OF THE LIGHTS HAS BURNED OUT AND I DON'T KNOW HOW TO GET A REPLACEMENT, CAN ANYONE HELP WITH THIS. IT SAYS NEVER NEEDS TO BE REPLACED BUT THAT'S NOT TRUE.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT BECAUSE IT;S EXPENSIVE AND NOT KNOWING HOW TO GET REPLACEMENTS.

Not to Last

I love the look of this track lighting. In the beginning I was so pleased . As time went on, maybe a year and a half I had three lights completely out. I was so disappointed, I tried to look for replacement singular lights.. Never found them. We'll be taking it down and replacing it with a non Allen and Roth light. What a waste of time and money

Beautiful fixture do not buy!

The lights started not working about 3 months in, now have 4 lights out. They are not replaceable. Beautiful style but bad lights!

No replacement parts

It looks great but as all bulbs do, the LED bulbs burn out. With this unit, there are no replacement bulbs??? So we have to wait for all the bulbs to flicker and burn out and pay another $200 for a full replacement - not acceptable! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

blubs burn out too fast.

I have 3 out of 6 blubs burn out after a few years. Needs to be redesigned with standard replaceable led blubs

Neither of them worked, we returned them today

We bought two of these in the store. Should have read the online reviews before purchasing! We ended up buying similar ones but a different brand at another store because these didn't work at all. Just returned them today.

Can’t replace lights when they go out

Can’t replace lights or bulbs when they go out, you have to replace the whole fixture for 200$ Would have never bought this had I realized that.

VERY disappointed!

We bought these just over 2 years ago and only 3 of the bulbs still work!! 2 of the bulbs burned out in the first 14 months. UNBELIEVABLE! I will NEVER buy another Allen and Roth product.

Complete junk!!

Do not buy this or any other product that they offer where you can not change the bulbs. They will not fix or send replacement lights and you can not buy them in the store. This is one of the dumbest designs I have ever seen!!

Not a good product.

Easy to install, looks great, worked well for about two years. Started having issues after two years, individual lights burning out. Bulbs are not replaceable type. No parts were available, manufacturer wouldn’t answer emails.

not recommended

I have had this for roughly two year's. when first installed one light didnt work. went back to store, they gave me a replacement out of another box. when I opened up the defective one, I found one of the leads wasnt soldered. now two years latter another light has stopped working.

What a shame...

We also have had problems with this track light. Looked great, but within a few weeks we noticed one of the lights flickering. It would flicker sporadically. Then I just started to just stay lit on the dimmer side of the flicker. Now, after now even a year, the light has burned out. No replacements!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!

Bulb issues

I have had the light installed for less than 9 months and one LED is will go to half brightness sometimes. I haven't tried to return yet, not optimistic based on other reviews, and the fact that I'm not sure if I have receipt. I thought the big selling point of the "My Lowe's " program was to keep track of purchases but I just saw when I signed in that it can't be used for returns. lights burnt out and no way to replace bulbs

I have same complaint as everyone else. Had this installed for about a year and a half and have 2 completely out and one that flickers regularly. Huge waste if money and time

The LEDs crap out after 2 years. since they are an integrated LED the only option is to replace the entire system. there are no replacement parts!

Not all the lights worked, not a major problem except that it was a sealed unit. You cannot just replace a bulb, the entire light fixture has to be replaced. oh and you can't buy just a light fixture, they are only sold as a $200 set.
