Purchased this product 2 years ago when I purchased my home. Five of the six LED lights are burnt out, although there was a 5 year warranty on this product. Receipt got misplaced among all my new homeowner paperwork. This sucked, but my fault right? So I was prepared to purchase 6 new heads to go on this monorail track since the bulbs can not be replaced or removed from the fixture head. To my surprise there are not individual parts sold for this item. Even if it could be removed it's an odd siz...

Lights went out

It’s was difficult to install and called for holes in the ceiling, which is fine! But the lights, which you can’t replace, started flickering and going out after not even having it up for very long. Which is not fine. So now we’ll probably have to replace it with an entirely different fixture from another brand and have to deal with patching holes in the ceiling before we can even start the process of installing a new fixture.

DO NOT PURCHASE

I purchased this product in Bronze from Lowes less than a year ago. Two lights have gone out and I cannot replace them!!! Terrible Terrible Terrible!!! Do NOT purchase. Total waste of money and now I am stuck trying to find a replacement track lighting system and then will have to patch the holes this one leaves!! The product I have is allen + roth Sloan 6-Light 96-in Bronze Dimmable LED Flexible Track Light with Frosted white Glass. I wish I could give it a zero!!!

Don't buy it! Do yourself a favor.

This product deserves a 0. I ended up purchasing two complete units so I could have replacement bulbs. After now burning out 8 bulbs I am now forced to install a different brand. I requested a replacement unit from the factory and no was their answer. Never again will I buy Allen + Roth brand - You should not either. Lowes - You can do better than having a brand like this.

Lasted Less Then 1 Year

The lights started flickering after about 9 months of very limited use. I am very disappointed with this fixture.

lasted less then a year. no bulb replacement because you throw the whole fixture in the dumpster. what a waste of time and MONEY

So disappointed!

Have had less than 2 years and one bulb is burned out another one flickers on and off. Cannot replace bulb. Wish I knew that before. Don't waste your money on this light.

Looks great, but watch out for the bulbs

I really like the look of this lighting system and it worked great for about the first year. Now I'm having issues with a couple of the lights not working and I'm unable to get any help with replacement bulbs. While I like the design, I'm very unhappy with the bulbs not lasting especially since they are LED and there are no replacements that I can find. Have sent 2 emails to evolution lighting, but still no response.

In this case LED stands for Light Ends Dispose. Customer service is no service. What is puzzling is that Lowe's continues to carry this product which means they are in communication with the manufacturer and the manufacturer is in contact with them which leaves the customer wondering. WHY? Before you put holes in your ceiling reconsider this product unless every time you turn it on. you desire a reminder of BAD service and BAD product top to bottom. Sigh. Worst light ever

This is the worst light fixture I have ever purchased.

Less than 2 years of functioning

I purchased this lighting fixture to replace a kitchen light. In fewer than two years, all but two of the lights have failed. I have contacted the company multiple times and have not received a response on how to resolve this issue. I would never purchase a product from this company again.
