Terrible product and horrible customer service

Lights burn out, like all bulbs eventually do, and you can not buy replacements. This is horrible customer service and a terrible design. Why would Lowes sell something like this to their customers. Beware of Lowes, they do not back up the products they sell.

Absolutely love this fixture and the lighting

Integrated light can not be replaced

Bogus Warranty

Nice product to start but when there are issues, no help, no warranty, left with bulbs that dim or don’t work after 2 years. Poor product and even worse customer service and THEIR 5 year “warranty” is not honored. NO WARRANTY…..beware!!!

One more furious customer

I truly feel sorry for the customer service representatives. They are bearing the brunt of this truly idiotic design. I wish the designer of this fixture had the spine to come out and tell us all what they were thinking when they came out with this steaming pile of garbage.

Why would they sell a light that you can’t change a light when it burns out. Even on Allen + Roth own website you can not buy replacement parts. Will never buy their products again.

Can't replace bulbs

I was told the bulbs wouldn't go out in my lifetime. After about six years, two have gone out and I can't replace the bulbs or heads. Interesting way for Roth and Allen to make money. I won't ever buy this brand again.

Can’t replace a bulb

We bought this fixture when we moved into our home a year and a half ago and initially loved it. Now we have a light out and can’t find a way to replace it. Online the parts are $60 for one light! Very, very poor design. Shame on Lowe’s for selling disposable light fixtures!

Poor product

The fixture was lovely in the beginning when the lights worked. As everyone else has said the bulbs burn out with no way to replace them. I have 2 of the 6 bulbs still working after less than 2 years and cannot do anything about it. The entire fixture must be replaced. Extremely disappointed. Do not recommend.

Pretty dark in my kitchen now

Wanted to add to reviews so that maybe something is done with product. Like others there were no reviews when 1st purchased and like others i have multiple lights out with no way of replacing, going to bite the bullet and get new lights. Really surprised lowes hasnt discontinued this product already since it seems like it takes no time to discontinue good stuff.

Light bulb fixture

Very disappointed that Lowes doesn't sell or can't order the replacement light bulb fixture for this unit requiring me to purchase a complete kit for $189.98 just to replace on non working light fixture.

no light at the end of the tunnel

Here we are. just like everyone else. lights burn out and guess what. no way of replacing them. sadly, like many others, the reviews weren't here when we purchased. how do you sell an item in so many colors and yet not have replacement lights. Notice 2 lights out and 1 already taken down in an attempt to find a way to change the blub.

Pure junk

After 1 year the light goes out and no replacement parts except the entire track. I wouldn't even sell these to my worst enemy. Needs to be not sold at Lowes.

Waste of Money

Had this light since about June of 2021. It *looked* great, but here we are, just over 2 years later - and all bulbs stop working at once. An electrician friend came to check it - it’s still receiving power as it should! It’s just the LED bulbs, the ones that shouldn’t need replacing, are shot. Something is wrong with the way this light is built, and if these reviews were here when I bought it, I certainly wouldn’t have. Save your money and invest in something that’ll last!

Burned Out Lights

Bought this set a little over 2 years ago and it seems like the lights are just going out 1 by one as the time passes. Figured it would be replaceable and it is not. Extremely poor advertising on the Part of Lowes to allow a vendor to sell this garbage the way it is and not let the consumer know that after you spend the $160, that you are pretty much screwed and have to replace it all over again! Shame on you Lowes. And yet they still sell them. Really wish these reviews were available when I or...

I should have read reviews before buying

I dislike leaving negative reviews, however if it will prevent someone from making a costly mistake, here it goes. I was never satisfied with this fixture, it look better in the photos. And after 6 months or so each bulb starting failing.

Customer service and item, both were awesome

Silvia in customer service was awesome to help in adjusting the price as she knew what needs to be done and what was my right to get it adjusted. She was very professional and friendly. I had a bad experience prior to interacting with her. Silvia knows what it means to be in customer service, others need to learn from her that customer service is for customer, not for showing your attitudes.
