Would RecommendThis has to be the easiest faucet I've ever installed. No more needing a special wrench or banking your knuckles in tight spaces. As you can tell in the pictures this unit comes completely assembled. The unit comes with a blank-off plate to cover the openings if you have a 3-hole sink already that consists of the standard plastic base plate and decorative cover. The soap dispenser is pretty standard and simply sandwiches the sink basin between the pump handle and soap reservoir. Installation...

Would RecommendOutstanding faucet! The Tilton Stainless Steel 1-Handle Deck Mount Pull-Down Handle Kitchen Faucet Was very easy to install, took me 25 minutes. This faucet looks great works, exceptionally well, and I would highly recommend it. I also really like the soap dispenser.

Would RecommendGreat product. Easy open packaging. Ready to install right out of the box. Supply lines are marked red and blue for hot and cold. Drop the supply lines through mounting hole in your counter top. Reach underneath and slide the mounting nut in place and tighten. Connect and your ready to go. Would RecommendThis review is for the Allen + Roth Tilton Stainless Steel 1-Handle Deck Mount Pull-Down Handle Kitchen Faucet. This is a very nice kitchen faucet with a pull-down sprayer that works easily (it’s ADA compliant). I like how the sprayer docks to the faucet and stays put. There are only 2 sprayer settings but both remain on without having to hold the button; there is a stream and a “soft” spray setting but no “hard” spray setting. I prefer all three settings. Would RecommendNice quality and stainless finish, easy install. I replaced a Delta faucet with this one. I like this one much better, it doesn't have a hose for the pull down. Much cleaner look under the sink and not having the hose catching on stuff under the sink. The soap dispenser is better also, some are to low to the counter which makes it difficult to get your hand under it. I would recommend it, if you like the look.

Statement piece faucet
Would RecommendThis faucet is beautiful and really gives an updated look to a kitchen. It’s a statement piece for sure. Our first visitors after we installed it commented on how nice it was and a how they were interested in something like it for their kitchen. It was easy to install - took about a half hour for someone experienced in home renovations. The only drawback is that it doesn’t have as much range of motion as I’d like once I take the sprayer off the mount. Beautiful finish and easy to use.
