Not great

For a $200 faucet you would think it would work for longer than 2 months. After 2 months it began leaking out of the coils of the faucet. Don't buy this. Now have to buy a whole new faucet.

Junk. Broke within 1 year

We found water under the sink because internal gaskets had failed in this fixture. We were on a tight construction budget when we bought this, and regretted it. Spend the extra $100 and get a better fixture.

Only 5 months in

Was a great faucet, easy to install. Then it springs a leak in an area that can’t be serviced. I lost my receipt and really didn’t think that I would need it being that I just spent $200 and the quality of the product should be up there. I should’ve read the reviews..

Item is TALL.

Well. I loved the look and feel of the item, but, had to return it because it was too tall! This is only for sink that has no cabinetry over it.

Hose Leaked in about 7 months of use!

Installation was simple. Esthetics are clean and modern. Functionally though, the hose fissured throughout it's entire length and began leaking. At first drops began to form, then, within a week, it was a full leak throughout the body of the hose, to the point that it leaked through the base and flooded the bottom of the sink. Absurdly poor quality for the price. My previous faucet (different brand) lasted over 10 years. This made it to 7 months. Very frustrating!

Well, it has not yet started to leak

Well, it looks good, priced right, single lever and was super easy to install - all plusses. But, the hose range when detached from the mount is awful. Practically functionless. And this may be a cause of leaks later on (people pulling too hard to reach). It covers a two-tub/well sink adequately but I wish the Moen I wanted was in stock. I'd paid the extra. But the worst part seems to be the flow rate. I have a solid 65 psig water supply and it just takes for-ev-er to fill a sink. I also sho...

CAN'T GET A SIMPLE REPLACEMENT PART.

Just want a replacement sprayhead and can't seem to get one. For the price of the faucet you would think they would make this available but no, just veery poor customer service. I will never by ANY product with the name Allen & Roth attached!

Looks Nice, Poor Function

This faucet looks nice and is easy to install, however there were two issues. First, the soap dispenser was completely non-functional. Second, the hot water is turned on by moving the dial to the right. Seems counter-intuitive and confusing for guests. The hoses are clearly marked with red and blue and they just seem backwards. Not sure if this is poor quality control or just bad design.

housing was defective so it was a waste of money

the water leak was not in the line but in the housing...only lasted 1.5 years

1 Year Old Leaking

We aren't rough on these things, its in a regular household. Installation was easy, but a little under a year, the internal components of the faucet or leaking from where the gaskets meet the handle on the inside. Flooded out my kitchen cabinet under the sink.
