Supply lines run up into faucet. Started leaking in one week and no way to tighen the water line up in faucet

Leaky! Been through 2

Terrible product, bought first one in December 2020 and in March 2021 it leaked where the truck met the hose and flooded my kitchen! Went and exchanged for a new one, May 2021 this one now leaking from hose. Called 1800 number to complain about terrible product and no one cares about customer inconvenience.

Very easy to install but as soon as we turn the water on there were leaks everywhere

Easy Install

Despite being a bit larger guy, i loved how easy it was to install (despite fitting under the sink and cramping my hands due to the awkard angle in which one bends). The most difficult piece was removing the older piece (i felt like a tube of tooth paste) The piece is pretty nice (albeit not my choice but hell the wife likes it). Disappointed

The adult children and I bought it for their mom. In less than three months the spray/stream buttons were stuck. In less than six months the chrome plating started pealing. It sprays a lot of water on its own base. Other than that it is a fine unit, I would have been happy to pay $50 for but not $200.

Absolute garbage

This is a poorly made faucet. Hose has leaked since day one. Returned it for another and it did the same thing. Complete junk!!! And because I did not have the missing soap dispenser (was missing when I opened the box) Lowe’s would not let me exchange it. See ya’ Lowe’s...you’ve lost a customer for life!

This faucet leaks from somewhere inside tube that you can not get to we have to replace it

sprayer button sticks

we bought this faucet on looks. the sprayer button started sticking in the on position within three months. We have to use a knife to pull it back out to get back to regular flow. Also, the little rubber o-ring around the top of the sprayer came loose. It doesn't seem to do much, so we're just taking it off. Other than that, faucet works find. Returned

Installed the faucet for a day. Then removed it to install new a sink and when I reinstalled it the second time. It was broken. No pressure. Returned item

Great Looking Faucet, But....

Installation of this faucet is pretty much dead simple. The fittings, hoses and fasteners are of great quality, lots of stainless and brass. I needed to make an adapter to fit the faucet in my temporary sink (still waiting on granite guy to show up), but aside from this, installation took just a few minutes. I have always wanted this style kitchen faucet. When it arrived, I am please to say that it did not disappoint. Truly a well built product that should stand up to the rigorous use that my family will give it. Heavy-duty with very smooth operation. About as easy as any faucet to install, so YMMV depending on your sink/counter top. Don't think too hard about this 1, just get it.

Nice Faucet

The Tilton Pull-Down kitchen faucet is a nice-looking piece that works very well. The Installation is very straight forward and requires only basic hand tools. The faucet does include new hoses, but the connectors are 3/8 inch, and my kitchen faucet valves are ½ inch so I had to purchase adapters separately.
