Useless warranty

I bought this faucet 5 years ago and then it started leaking around the coil of the neck. I emailed customer service about the leak and they will not replace it without a receipt. I'm not sure about anyone else, but I don't hold receipt for more than a year. You expect people to hold receipts for years to get there product replaced. So much for lifetime warranty.

Started leaking from the top of the gooseneck. Paid $200. Disappointed.

Very Functional

Very nice looking faucet installed in my man cave sink. it is very functional, especially when cleaning large cooking vessels. It makes a statement!

Perfect for long reach flexibility!

I was looking a faucet for my newly installed sink in my workshop. I wanted a Pull Down single handle fixture to use for cleaning large pots and pans. I chose the Tilton Chrome single handle pull down fixture for my kitchen sink. It is elegant looking, sturdy and bold looking. It gives me good reach and provides both spray and steady stream. Easy to install, looks and works great!

Beautiful kitchen faucet

This faucet is beautiful and look highend. I love the spray hose because it is not pvc/plastic looking it is stainless steel hose. But it started to leaking and now it’s not beautiful anymore. Giving it a 1 star due to the fact that it now leaks and we cannot get it fixed! Most likely it will have to be replaced.

Quality, style, and superior functionality

I absolutely love this faucet. It’s quality made, easy to install, and works wonderfully! The design is unique and everyone who enters my kitchen notices and comments on the quality!

Great until it leaks

This faucet was beautiful when I purchased my home in April 2024. I received compliments on how nice it was and it was very attractive in my kitchen. Fast forward to July 2025 and the stainless steel hose starts leaking. I figure I can just replace it, no big deal right? Fails per other reviews / will not honor warranty

I purchased this faucet about 2 years ago and the head has stopped working properly. The shut off button initially would get stuck and now it does not stop the flow at all. Additionally, it now makes a whistling noise every time you turn it on. Upon reaching out to the email address listed in many reviews below, they will not honor the "Lifetime" warranty and are directing me to purchase a new head from Lowes. Not great

So disappointing this product basically falls apart because the rubber buttons on the back to change the spray fall apart. It also leaks. We have not had it for long and although it looks like it would be durable it really is not. I can’t find a replacement nozzle for it Anywhere. So I’m stuck with the heavy spray.
