Would RecommendWent to Lowe’s Binghamton today 1 pm to pick up a new hot water heater. Asked associate for help, she called for help to isle 10 and no one arrived. I waited. Nothing. I went and got a large flat cart and had to load it myself. Went to the counter to pay and I asked why no one came to help me. The associate said “ and don’t expect help loading it into your vehicle either!” I just couldn’t believe what I heard!
Go along with Lowe's policies, no worries.

Would RecommendMy Rheem finally corroded at the base and I was able to purchase this brand new unit. Selection was a breeze and so was the installation. I re checked for leaks days after installation and have NOT had an issue. The unit supplies enough hot water for 2 teenagers to shower at the same time. Unbelievable!!!

Would RecommendJust purchased a 50 gallon water heater, electric and followed the directions. It was fairly easy, using shark bite connectors. This was my first water heater installation and the first time I read the directions first!

Beware of electrical fires
Would Not RecommendBeware of these units causing electrical fires!!!! We purchased the AO Smith water heater and the circuit board malfunctioned creating an electrical fire in the unit. AO Smith will not cover labor to replace the unit and customer service is unhelpful .
