What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this water heater for reliable performance, rapid heating, and exceptional durability. Most report hot water delivery within 30 minutes and the ability to sustain multiple simultaneous uses without depletion. Many highlight straightforward installation with factory-installed conveniences like heat trap nipples. Strong brand loyalty stems from previous units lasting 20 to 40 years, with customers describing the build as well-constructed and long-lasting. A few report isolated issues including defective heating elements or pressure relief valve complications, but these concerns are vastly outweighed by positive feedback. Overall, reviewers strongly recommend this as a dependable, durable choice.

easy install
Would RecommendJust installed as replacement - everything was labeled, and it was plug and play. Did need a small double threaded pipe for the relief valve that was not included in the "kit" I bought to install water heater with - be aware! relief valve is female threads and flexable adapter pipe to screw in to it is female threads - so you have to have the double sided small galvanized pipe adapter.

Broke after 3 weeks
Would Not RecommendThe thermostat was broken and it shuts off after 5 minutes of use. Lowes won't look at it. Manufacturer is taking a long time to schedule someone to look at it
