Beyond Frustrated
Would Not RecommendI bought this online and had it delivered. Lowe's purchase and delivery process was wonderful. Had a plumber install it and the water was still cold the next day. Had to pay for the plumber to come back and take another day off of work. He said the element was bad, so I had to pay for a new part from Lowes to fix it. It's absolutely ridiculous that you buy something new and it doesn't work. Not to mention having to take PTO from work and all the additional expenses to fix.

Little Tank with Big Objectives!
Well I installed this little monster with a coworker and it was pretty frigging easy...my adorable plumber was busy and encouraged us and we felt like we could do it so that's exactly what we did! It was pretty funny but what's even funnier is that we have HOT WATER!
