Had difficulty installing. The screw holes didnt line up correctly. The app doesnt always connect. Is very convenient to not have to have a key.

Great products but availability is not reliable

While attempting to order online for pick up at store, several times the results indicated an item was in stock. Unfortunately, the items either were never processed or deemed not available after the purchase was submitted.

Doesn’t work after less than 1y

Called customer service. Did some troubleshooting and the associate verified based on the information available from wi-fi the lock was not working. Wouldn’t provide replacement without proof of purchase, which I do not have. Going to need to replace the entire lock.

Gorgeous + Functional

Been using for 3 weeks - works great, looks great, easy install. Battery life still at 100% - just don't pinch the wire when installing per the instructions. Purchased buttons, keyed, Wifi options - highly recommend!

Battery Compartment Redesign

The lock works very well. Easy to configure. The battery compartment does not hold the batteries securely enough when the door is slammed.

Maybe the best on the market but...

I've replaced 5 Schlege locks on 4 different properties with these and was impressed with the quality of construction. The Software control is important to me and it works fairly well but there is room for improvement on it. Technical Support is VERY good. In fact, even though the paper instructions are quite good and the App has step by step instructions for installing and setting up I DID need to talk with Tech Support for each installation. One lock had a broken part. No problem getting...

Wouldn’t work. Manufacture defect

After trying to install this unit for over an hour and it just wouldn’t work I discovered the problem. The deadbolt mechanism is designed to extend if needed for a larger hole. However when you fasten the two large screws that hold both the interior and exterior parts of the lock, the two guideposts tend to torque the deadbolt mechanism and it twists out or alignment. When this twisting happens the deadbolt will not slide back and forth. I installed and reinstalled this unit over 10 times to get...
