Fairly easy to install and program

Once I got past the parts that didn't show the newest Lock 2 instructions, putting this handle and deadbolt onto my doors was pretty easy. At one point, I figured out that my camera was not going to register the QR codes that the locks come with to program them to the app and to our Homekit, but the instructions in the app make it super easy to enter the numbers another way or start all over completely. Great purchase. Spend the money

This was super easy to install and the app really helps with the videos on how to do each step instead of reading instructions. It works seamlessly and love the app and being able to check that I locked My door without having to return to the house. It is very intuitive and smooth as well. I also loved the added touch of the sensor telling you when the door is opened and closed as well as how they opened.

This lock worked flawlessly right out of the box. Quickly connected to WiFi and is working perfectly.

The app stopped working the first week. Apparently there's a known issue with it not working for Android devices. I was not able to unlock the door from the app because the app could not connect to the device. Auto unlock feature when you get close to home does not work, and the doorSense feature does not work either. Very expensive regret purchase. I'm not sure why it has so many great reviews. Maybe, they're all Apple users.

Versatility

This lock is very versatile and has lots of options on notifications. Just installed. So far so good.

Make sure the correct item comes in.

The wrong item came in and when they tried to reopen the invoice, it kept trying to give the incorrect item to me again, so they set up another order, the price went up but at least the lady made the adjustments.

Underwhelmed

When away from the house, app works sparingly as the lock drops wifi connection. It is not a signal strength issue as it is a new house with high speed connectivity and nearly line of site to the wifi adapter. A month later and I'm still waiting for my front door handle.

This lock is worth it!

Easy install and very useful! Would buy and install again for another door. This model has remote locking and can be integrated into Google Home
