Really cool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always had a pin pad on my front door because I find it very convenient. We switched our basic one for this since it has wifi. It has great connectivity, looks sleek, my husband says it was easy to install. All in all k would recommend it especially because of the wifi settings.

Amazing smart lock!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 3rd Smart lock I have owned and this one is by far the best quality! The finish is amazing and the buttons and app work incredibly smoothly as well. I am going to be buying two more for my other two entrance doors to my home.

Sturdy, safe lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation was pretty straight forward, but it was difficult fitting it to my front door and we ended up opting for another location. Would definitely recommend for security and a sleek, modern look in your home.

Complicated to set up, good idea

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm someone tech friendly but this was hard for me to set up. I love the idea of this for a back door so family can get access to the house if necessary but I could not figure it out. I'll keep trying though!

Great product with room to grow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Install of this product was simple enough for me to complete without help from a professional. The installation videos were helpful but it would have been better if they had sound. The lock worked initially but the internet connection within the first 24 hours. I haven’t been able to reconnect (to use the app) and will need to contact Yale to troubleshoot whatever the issue is. Lock looks and feels high quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nowadays it is so nice to have this instead of a standard key lock. It’s easy to use and even the kids can let themselves in and out with their codes. Big fan and highly recommend giving it a try!

Convenience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to get this and try this out. We have a large family and older children who have a tendency to lose their key or forget it. No longer do we have to make copies and we can get in and out of the house without a code.  it’s a wonderful feature to also have an app to be able to control. My husband did the installation and he didn’t have too much difficulty with it and it is very up-to-date in style and look.

Super easy to install — granted we did have a handyman come and do it because we are just not handy people, even HE was impressed by how easy it was. We installed on our back garage door and it gives me the piece of mind that I need to know I have control via WiFi.

Great product

My kids have frequently left that door ajar going out to play and I love that this door lock will have Alexa tell us that the door is not closed or locked. We’re getting more of these locks for our other doors soon. The installation is a little difficult because you have to drill an extra hole, but it has good directions and we didn’t have any trouble .

Neat features, confusing app

The keypad is also a great way to ensure that my house stays safe, while also giving me the ability to creat specific codes for specific people. The major downside is that the app is really confusing. It takes some studying and is not very intuitive. This keypad offers so many features and it’s hard for me to discover ...

easy to install
