Would Not RecommendThis product is complete junk. First one broke within 24 hours. I did 5 small load of laundry and the drum stopped working. I figured it happens no big deal. Got the replacement and a week later same thing. Lowes wont take it back because its over 48 hours and now I have to fight with Whirlpool

Nice Washer but lacks a complete user guide
Would RecommendThis washer is very nice and cleans well. It is normal for the clothes to be slightly above the water level at first. I had trouble with the slow closing lid not completely closing which would prevent the lid from locking until I pressed the lid down completely. It was leveled fairly close, but I researched and found ALL WASHERS MUST BE PERFECTLY LEVELED. If you don't have it this way the machine could be out of square. I leveled the bubble between the level lines, and the lid closes fine every ...

Regret purchase
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I rushed to buy a new machine and I regret the decision. I loved the whirlpool washer I had . After 10+ years the bearings were worn out I panicked and bought this machine. I miss the timer, signal and other options I had with my old machine. This one works fine, but I'd go back and spend more money to get what I had in my old ma hine.

Don't waste your moncy
