Whirlpool is great.

Not as great as I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It doesn’t have a place for fabric softener I had to go out and buy the Downey ball. Also when it’s off balance it won’t alert you and there is no way to get the machine to unlock and fix it. Also had and experience where the clothes were still soaking wet and when I tried to do just a rinse and spin cycle it became off balance again.

Easy to use

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We had our last washer for over 25 years, so using this was a bit of a learning curve. However, it was pretty easy. You just choose a setting and the washer does everything for you. We really like it.

Works well, but lacks some features.

However, I did not realize it is missing some of the features, which I liked, that my previous washer had. This washing machine does not have a tray where the detergent is placed, nor does it have a reservoir for bleach. Instead, detergent and/or bleach must be poured into the main compartment on top of or next to your clothes. Thus far, all loads have come out well, but I know...

Nice washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my Impeller washer, but the only thing I don't like about it is when my clothes is done it doesn't notify me. This is why I gave 4 stars. Other then that it work really good, clothes come out smell very clean. The Whirlpool I had before it has a beep sounds notify me when it's done.

Deep water level amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer needed a bulb fabric softener dispenser which the dealer was unaware of, once obtained, we are enjoying the washer which has become easier to use and does a better job of washing than the old one.

Very quiet and adjust water levels by itself

Don't buy without center agitator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is a very basic model. It doesn't have the center agitator, my old one did. Without the center agitator it is impossible to wash sheets or towels without bunching up. These items get completely unbalanced and cause the washer to "walk". This is beyond annoying. I don't recommend a washer without the center agitator.

excellent spin
