I purchased this washing machine in January and it has been a terrific choice. I spent countless hours comparing different washers, and reading reviews; both good and bad. Needless to say the process is exhausting and confusing overall! This machine won me over with just a couple key features - impeller, soft close lid, faucet and I can pour my detergent directly into the tub; but most importantly, it’s not a smart washer. Technology has its place, but I have to draw the line with my laundry...

Disappointing Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer during Whirpool sale event and I thought the free haul away and install was a great perk. However, this washer is very cheaply made, doesn’t even have a drawer for detergent, and feels like it is going to crack every time I push buttons on it. I am so disappointed in this purchase, but now I am stuck with it.

I honestly liked my other little washer better!

Ist time Impeller User

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After extensive reviewing, I decided to try an impeller washer; the former unit had an agitator. It washes fine, no issues with clothes not being clean. Comparing the 2, I think I prefer a washer with an agitator. You don't have to be so picky on how to load it.
