Took a little bit to figure out all the bells and whistles but absolutely love that I can control it from my phone and do not have to load detergent every time. Love that it alerts me when it is finished and has a setting to blow on the clothes when they are finished so they don’t get smelly.

excellent washer!

Highly recommend. The Plus Dispenser is awesome and I don't have to warry about adding it to every load and the mass.

Great Features

But it leaks water from the dispenser

I like the washer, I guess. There are annoyances with having to disable the detergent load and go bin every time rather than being able to save that setting and with the remote control but whatever. What annoys me the most is that it continually leaks water, like with every cycle, from the upper detergent dispenser. The technician said it was because I was loading too much detergent (I've had a front load for like 12 years, never with this issue...) but it even happens when I run 'clean cycle'....

Huge capacity and very quiet

Fan Fresh prevents your cloths from getting an odor if you can't remove them immediately after a cycle has ended. Cons: Maybe I just haven't figured it out but I would like an option in my custom cycles for a option to disable a load and go dispenser. It cleans!

looks good but hard to operate & makes loud noises

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) have the unit for about 8 months and have problems getting it to do the operations we want it to do every time we ask it to do it. Also sense we have had the machine it is generally quite noisy through its cycles and every so often it will make a unusual loud clouning noise as if you think it is going to jump off the floor. But the unit is setup level and flat sold on the floor.

Love the app and auto-detergent

There are also wash cycles on the app that can be added to your machine. The automatic detergent and fabric softener feature is great, makes laundry time easier for certain. The downside of this model: the touch screen is slow to come on and respond, often resulting in double-tapping the controls, which then turns the screen back off...

Love my Whirlpool washer!!

Love the washer but no drum light while washing

I just don’t understand why they removed the ability to turn on the drum light during the cycle. I didn’t realize. I’d purchased and then returned when I figured it out. That’s one of my favorite features of a front loader is the ability to turn on the inside light during the wash cycle. They had it before and removed it on the top end model? I’ve loved my previous Whirlpools but I’m very disappointed about this. Cutting costs? Come on Whirlpool!

I moved into a new house without appliances and was glad to get this installed right away because we've had to do a ton of washing of blankets and towels and other things used in the packing process. I thought the auto detergent dispenser would be a nice perk but overall not a big deal. However, I've come to really appreciate this feature...

Great Washing Machine

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is a great unit. The load and go is a great feature. It does a nice job of the clothes. The custom programs for different fabrics is also a nice feature. The only downside was not being able to connect it to our wifi network - it can’t find our network.

Great machine

Bought this machine and works great, sensors are top notch. Clothes comes out clean and well spin. Only problem is with XL plus dispenser as since I removed and tried to fill, closing the lower drawer will not close, so unable to use
