Not worth its price and unrepairable

Bought this in April of 2020, thankfully bought it together with a Whirlpool Service Plan offered, sold and issued by AIG and approved by Whirlpool. Until it broke the machine performance was ok: -Pros: cleans clothes as expected, is gentle on fabrics, has a lot of options to customize the wash, 2 automated detergent dispenser tanks are convenient -Cons: control screen is very slow to react, needs cleaning cycle on a regular basis to prevent build up/smell even using the automated dispenser...

Nice machine

Great product

It is dead

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought for a new house and it died within 6 months. Finally got a repairman scheduled and it is still not repaired 2 weeks later. This is an overly complicated machine to operate. It is an example of the overuse of technology making life harder rather than easier

Fancy machine

Great washer but wifi connectivity is a nightmare

The washer itself does a fine job, but the touchscreen is laggy and the wifi connectivity (the main reason I bought the model) is a nightmare. Wifi drops on a weekly basis, with the only option is to turn off the circuit breaker on/off. Tried everything: Factory reset Double checked wifi signal 2g and 5g wifi separated No hope :(

Great washer

Works well, loose top cover.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Right after installed noticed a loose fitting top which rattles, making an otherwise quiet washer a bit noisy. Otherwise the washer is easy to use with many fratures. Would expect a higher quality fit of sheet metal for what we paid.

My very first ever front loader!

Quit working after 1 month

Own one, can't fund a second unit

wfw9620hw or any color is nowhere to be found. Has this been discontinued? If so, is there another one with similar capacity with automatic detergent and softener dispensers?

Quite Quiet Machine

Can't believe how little water is left in the clothes after the spin cycle is completed. I am proud that it is Made In America!
