Very bad Customer Service!

Very bad Customer Service. I spent 3 hours trying to reach the proper person that can help me, but it is really unfortunate that no one could help. I was passed on to different departments, but no one can help with my simple issue. Really bad!!

The Load and Go detergent dispenser is the best! Adds as much detergent as necessary..no more messy spills.

Not a fan

Expensive UI, cheap detergent dispenser

It has taken me multiple attempts to figure out how to start a simple load as well as remove the delayed timer. At the same time, the detergent dispenser on the top left exterior feels very cheap and seems like it will break.

Incredibly Disappointing Machine

My Husband and I purchased this machine as well as the matching gas dryer less than 2 years ago and have experienced nothing but problems. Well, it finally completely malfunctioned today. It started with the cold water function not working correctly or causing long continuous cycles. Clothes feel like the are cleaner too. I was worried about longer cycles but going from the really small tub to the 5 cu ft of this washer we get laundry done in fewer cycles. Some things are great, some not so much

I really wanted the option to have wifi connected appliances but the washer refuses to connect to the app despite multiple attempts. I love the load and go feature. Good Features but Squeaky

Performs Well

Great Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washes so much faster than my old GE. Clothes come out cleaner and dryer so they take less time to dry. Had issues with the Wi-Fi connectivity but I was able to get past that. Paired with Alexa but a lot of the features don't seem to work with Alexa. The app is kinda buggy. If you are running a wash cycle there is a page at the bottom that keeps popping up and down. Overall the Washer itself is terrific! The app and Alexa features need work.
