Horrible wouldn't recommend

We got this sent to us as a replacement for our other Whirlpool Washer that broke down in under a year. Now this ones touch screen has stopped working after 4.5 months. been trying to set up a service appointment with Whirlpool but their Schedule Service link on here is down and we can't get through via phone. Features to Thrill

Not a smart device in my opinion

I bought this Washer WFW9620HC figuring that it was a "Smart Appliance" It does work with the whirlpool App but It does not work with Alexa in CANADA. However It does work with Alexa in USA. Having this feature enabled and having Alexa tell you the washer and or Dryer is completed Cycle would make this a true smart device i feel. Wish Whirlpool would work on the software update for this and truly make this machine amazing!!!!

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with my new washer, every time I use it I find a new setting to fine tune the laundry. I love the steam wash feature, cleaned towels, and dish towels and it got the dinghy ground in soil out.

In The End, It's Awesome

I bought this washer and dryer set on June 28th. At the time, the machines were in stock but the pedestals weren't. Whirlpool was not willing to send the machines separately so I had to wait until the 3rd week in September to receive my order. I was making a decision between 3 brands that offer smart appliance that works with Alexa, I ended up going with the Whirlpool. Had a gas fitter in and New Washer and Drying delivered. Was trying fro days to get the WASHER/DRYER to connect to ALEXA. Was on the Phone with Whirlpool and was bounced around allover. Finally found out that its NOT COMPATIBLE in canada.!!!!!!
