Love how it senses the wash load!

load and go fabric softener issues

I am happy with this machine but i am unable to use the load and go fabric softener dispenser as my fabric softener is 5x concentrated and there is no way to change the setting on the fabric softener like you can on the detergent dispenser. Hopefully they can fix this with an update in the future?

Good concept, poor execution of WiFi

Best washing machine I’ve owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washing machine is a warhorse. The digital panel is easy and intuitive. Don’t have to spend hours reading the instruction book. It cleans clothes exceptionally well. While driving my grand daughter home from softball practice we stopped and got subs which we are in the car on the way home. Mine had all the good stuff, which proceeded to spill all over my shorts and team jersey. Disaster in the making. Got home, tossed it in the wash...

So easy tomise

Sleek design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it 3 weeks ago together with the dryer. Works good, comes with a lot of options. Looks awesome in my laundry.

Can’t get Load and Go to work. It’s been 3 weeks

We bought this washer along with the matching dryer. So far despite increasing the concentration level of detergent for the load and go, no detergent is actually getting distributed from the machine. We have checked that the machine is level, we have tried everything so far (I think). We can’t get it to work... so far the verdict is still out on whether we would recommend this item. If this doesn’t get resolved we would not recommend. I will update my review once I figure out the error...

Quick & efficient

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We waited 8months for our washer & dryer set and it was well worth the wait! I love the features! The touch screen, the text/email notifications and the auto dispenser for soap & softener- I absolutely love it. Plus it’s fast at washing and has a large drum to handle big bulky items like my king duvet with room to spare!

Has alot of options

Took some time getting use to the touch screen and looking and flipping thru allbthe setting options. But over all quiet (unless on super fast spin rinse cycle) and does the job. Bonus with the fan fresh option, for when you start a load of laundry and then run errands.

Good Washer But Beware of the Documentation

The washer does a great job washing, but the Use and Care Guide available as a download on the Whirlpool website is incorrect. It specifies that this washer has a specific Wash and Dry feature. However, after receiving the washer, we found that the physical Use and Care Guide that came with the washer was different than the one published on the Whirlpool website, and the washer DID NOT have a specific Wash and Dry feature. Love load and go!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find it amazing how much better my laundry experience is just by eliminating the step of addin detergent. Take all the guesswork out of it. Have already used download and go for special cycles and have created some favorites. Fan fresh takes all the stress out of not being able to get to the washer right away as well. Coming from an old KitchenAid front load washer I love how quiet this one is and the increased capacity.

Great Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our existing HE too load washer with this one and we actually feel like our clothes are getting fully cleaned now. The setup is very easy and the added app/remote features make it very convenient to start laundry remotely and get notified when it is finished. The added fresh fan makes it really easy to keep clothes fresh when you cannot get them out right away.

Smart washer
