REGRET
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a Kenmore Elite for 12y and worked beautifully......the only reason we chose to get a new washer was because we could not clean the filter w/o actually opening the back, etc. We researched for a long time and thought this would be comparable. NOPE...doesnt clean the clothes as well and at times have to add an extra spin to get more of the water out of the clothes

Uses a lot less water
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washer! I have never had a front loading washer and was skeptical. We have gravity water, and our reservoir is not very large. The fact that it uses much less water was an important factor for us. I was impressed with how well it cleans the clothes.

Hairy mess
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought I did a good job on investigating which new washer to buy when my old Duet clonked out. It turns out I did not. Everyone that said the new Duets are not like the old ones and it is a real bummer! I had such high hopes that I would have this one for 15 yrs like the last one.

Best washer ever
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has a light on the inside! Lots of different features, but easy to understand how to use. When it does the spin cycle you can barely hear it work. It doesn't shake across the floor. You can tell it's a high quality machine.

Good washer

An Amazing Appliance

It's an amazing washer, and with the washer/dryer pedestals, it's so easy to access requiring such little effort to access the clothes from the drum. A SUPERB appliance!

“Load & Go” is GREAT!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am still learning about the cycles, but I love how quiet it is. I purchased this model for the “Load & Go” feature. I love it!!!!! I don’t understand why the door is so large and the opening into the drum is so small! Does a good job washing clothes and other household textiles.

We decided on the 5cu in order to accommodate larger blankets and avoid the trip to the Laundromat. Best decision! My personal favorite feature is the High Efficiency Laundry detergent dispenser.
