Tall Product Testing Team - Candid Camera

Dear Product Testing Team - are all of you tall? I'm 5'7" and get on my tippy toes to reach clothes at the bottom of the tub. Sometimes, I hold onto the side and inadvertently press the water button next to the fabric softener dispenser. Am I on candid camera?

Outsourced deliver a nightmare

Dealing with a 3rd party when buying form another is such a nightmare. I would not recommend buying unless the company you purchase form does the actual delivery. Outsourcing will kill companies that continue to think they are saving a dime.

How long will they go.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only been using the new washer for a week. The auto feed function for the detergent is a nice feature. Washer is somewhat noisy and makes interesting sounds. Functioning well so far. Hopefully it will be worry free for 10 years. Thats how long the old set from a competitor lasted.

Modern and quiet

Quite and large capacity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the washer around 3 weeks ago. Load & Go feature is great - takes the guess work out of determining how much detergent to use. Overall the unit is quite, a lot quieter than our previous washer. We are able to wash delicate clothing w/o having to worry about an agitator. The washer has great capacity to quickly get through all our clothes. Very happy with the purchase.

We didn't look at any other brands because we've been pleased with Whirlpool washers/dryers. However, the website is poor, and the one-page printed information that comes with the washer/dryer is printed so tiny it's hard to read and is not very user friendly.

Nice look/washed great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do like the convenience of load and go. This washer has a nice look to it and wash and spin great. However, this washer isn’t quiet like Whirlpool Whispers. The old set I had were whispers and I had to open laundry door just to make sure I hit start because you couldn’t hear it the cycles running. All in all it is a good choice.

Clothes smell cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this washer for 2 weeks. It washes clothes perfectly, but it is a bit loud when the water is filling with water in the drum. I wish they could have gotten the decibel levels down lower, but all is well so far. So far, I have been excited with all my purchases made. Hoping they last as long as my Maytag's Appliances did. The last washer I had was a Samsung and it was a piece of junk.

Major leak on arrival!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Major leak from the bottom of the unit within seconds of its first use, flooding our laundry room floor. We were scrambling to get the power and water shut off to it. We’ve owned several whirlpool washers now and this is the second consecutive one with major problems. Note to consumers….buy the 5 year warranty.
