Last 20 Years Whirlpool R&D Produces Amazement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the WFW8620HW model washer. It’s large enough to wash a king sized comforter but the Whirlpool R&D shines through in the steam cleaning and wrinkle prevention settings. The quick wash does an amazing job in a short time period too. I can’t beleive I’m getting geeked out by how good my newwashing machine is. Great job designing and building this.

Since our experience with Wwhrilpool had been good, we replaced both with new whirlpool washer and dryer.. we are pleased with our new appliances.

Great Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only had it for a week but I love the large capacity, the load and go feature and the design of the door do that water does not pool in the seal. My only criticism so far is on the volume of the cycle signal is too low. I’ve set it to the max level but it is still too quiet for my preference.

Awesome (but)

It has the self-dispersing laundry detergent container, but I have been a little skittish to try that yet. There are only two things I would change on it so far. First, I would make the end of cycle signal a little louder. Second, the cycle for washing towels is a bit longer than on my last machine, slightly over an hour and a ...

Problems right off the bat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time I tried to use it, I got a LO FL error message, even though the water is on and Whirlpool installed it! Having to wait another week for a repair tech to check it out. Good thing I have lots of underwear!

Larger size
