No more Whirlpool for me
Would Not RecommendThis front loader shakes so much in the spin cycle that it moves the whole machine a couple inches across the floor. We had it on a pedestal, then a Whirlpool service guy tell us it needs to be flat on the floor, so we removed the pedestal, made sure it was level and it still shakes, even on small loads ... and its noisy! My 14 year old whirlpool front loader was great, but will not buy another one of this brand again.

Horrible smell if laundry not immediately removed
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not my first front loader and this was one makes the laundry smell AWFUL if it sits even 30min after load finishes. I don't leave laundry for long but this is ridiculous. I am not interested in using other products/ remedies to address this because we use organic/minimal products and are not trying to add chemicals to our home to solve this problem. We do clean cycle regularly. This is out of the norm.

Disappointed
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this two months ago. It was a floor model but brand new. During washing this machine acted as if completely off level, though it was installed set solid. It bounce so hard that it separated from the pedestal. Installers came a reinstalled it. It started bouncing around so wildly I had to shut it off. Again it was sitting level and solid. In checking the drum I was able to move it up and down and side ways, which shouldn’t be normal...

Long lasting and efficient
