Very good washer

We purchased this about a month ago to replace another Duet. It's a really good washing machine so far. Intuitive controls, fast cycle times, clothes come out smelling fresh (we don't use a scented detergent) and with minimal water left in them. It seems to stay in balance better with heavy loads than prior washers we have had. I do wish it had a hand wash cycle, but otherwise it has everything needed.

Laundry made simple. I'm a single dad of 3 boys and I now look forward to doing laundry.

This pair was an unexpected gift from the Ellen DeGeneres show and Whirlpool. I love how these machines wash and dry efficiently and quietly. After raising 5 kids and now with grandkids, it showed to be the best machine ever.Thanks to all!!!!

Great appliance

I purchased this model specifically for the drum size. I also love the fan fresh and the washing options. the quiteness is very nice since we tend to do laundry at night.There was a issue with the detergent dispenser but it has been taken care of. im very happy with the washer and dryer.

Outstanding Washing Machine

I have had this washing machine for a little over a month and I could not be happier. This truly is the finest washing machine that I have ever owned. Not only is the chrome shadow a beautiful color, but the machine is so easy to understand and performs its job of cleaning clothes excellently.My laundry room is on an upper floor. Great Machine

I really love this machine! Upgraded my front end loader with this model and was surprised to see how much better it is. The clothes come out cleaner. I love the load and go feature- ensures all our children don't overload the soap!

WORST WASHER EVER MADE !!!!!!!

Lets see where do I start, oh yeah GET THE FIVE YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY - YOUR GONNA NEED IT !. I bought our washer in sept of 2010. Since then we have had multiple failers of the. seal causing water to leak everywhere !. The main circut board failed once resulting in 2 weeks of down time. currently we are waiting for the service people to come and repair the seal again ( a two to three day wait time ) also there is a plastic piece inside the drum that is broken and ruining all our clothes with t...

Great features and looks great

The load-n-go feature is nicer than I was expecting. It provide the proper dispense of detergent for each load. This is a pretty quite washing machine. The loudest part of the cycle is the spin cycle when it sounds like an airplane ready for takeoff. It spins fast which should make for less drying time.

Like going from VW Beetle to a Porshe

A pleasure to do laundry if that's possible. Very user friendly and self explanatory digital panel. Love the one time soap fill for convenience. Using less detergent and takes the guess amount away. Dryer is really fast using less energy. Great lighting, and very attractive color and design. Cleans clothes perfectly with no stripping or residue. A+++ Whirlpool engineers! Thank you and worth the money.

Absolutely love this so far!

We've had this for a few months and I love it so far. It holds a ton of clothes and gets them cleaner than my previous washer - which was a great washer. I like the various settings and surprisingly have used several of them. I have nothing but positive things to say about this washer and the job it does on my laundry - including an 8 year old boy's baseball pants and other sports clothes.

Fantastic Washing Machine! You will not be disappointed!

Very solid unit; weights a ton, so you will need two burly guys to install it; disappointed that the hose connections were plastic. Numerous wash cycles; Load and go system thinks it's out of detergent when the door is flush with the front of the machine; have to pull it out slightly for load & go light to come on; Whirlpool sent new parts, but that didn't fix the problem. It's not a big problem, but I expected better precision. High speed spin cycle really gets the water out of the clothes....

Amazing Machine

I bought this washer a month ago and am so happy that I did. It's so simple to use and offers so many great features. I love the automatic detergent dispenser. I'm using way less detergent than before. Also, the clothes come out so dry that my dryer time is cut in half!

Love this Washer!

I am a mom and a textile artist so I needed a washer that could really take a beating (not literally). This washer has been wonderful. The fan fresh feature is a huge plus for me with my dyed garments that can now sit and be tossed in the washer if I need to go out.The beautiful chimes the machine makes is a nice touch!

excellent washer!

bought this a couple months ago and love it. The Load and Go system is Awesome, you put the detergent in and you can do several loads before having to refill it, so nice to not worry about putting detergent in after each load, also love you can pre set the washer to start in so many hours, i use that feature weekly to start the first load of laundry of the day before i get out of bed so i can just throw it in the dryer, definately a time saver. love the soak feature also. i can't say enough abou...

This elegant machine is smart and I have to say the first feature I fell in love with is its automatic soap de spending.
