DON;T DO IT!! BUY A MIELE YOU'LL BE MUCH HAPPIER

I don't expect any longevity out of this machine. The poor construction, materials used, and workmanship are quite apparent this wasn't built to last any length of time. I read how quiet this machine is I can tell you it is not. It is extremely loud and the clothes do not come out very clean on the quick wash. Who wants to wait an hour and a half or longer for a heavy duty cycle just to get some minor stains out? Certainly not me.Oh and did I mention trying to get a hold of customer service? Wha...

Not the same Whirpool

My wife and I bought the Whirlpool Duet combo seven (7) years ago when we moved to Georgia. Our previous Whirlpool set was over 20 years old and we never made any repairs to them. On the Whirlpool Duet washer after only seven (7) years we replaced the drain pump after it overheated and failed. Other issues are the plastic panel for wash selection is currently coming off and the door gasket needs to be replaced. The pump repair cost over $295 and we were told the front panel and door gasket...

Do More Guessing On Detergent!

I have had two other brand front loaders and the same thing kept happening, the rubber seal gets wavy and emits a terrible mildew smell! nasty.NOT THIS MACHINE...you load the detergent container and it lasts about two weeks for my family. No smells.It even has a fresh fan that will run it you forget your clothes, no more double washing. The best machines out there and MADE IN AMERICA!

Great Washer

Had the washer and matching dryer for about a month now. This is not long enough to explore all of the options but we are quite satisfied with how it cleans clothes. Favorite things are the load and go which means you only add detergent once in a great while. It is also easy to program and reasonably swift in completing a load. Clean Clothes in a Whirl

I received this washer a few weeks ago and doing my laundry is no longer a chore I don't enjoy. The Steam I am 5'2" and trying to reach my laundry at the bottom of the washer was always difficult...not anymore with my Steam Front Load Washer. The washer is quiet when going through the cycles and it alerts you with a rhythmical tune when completed. I no longer have sopping wet clothes before placing in the dryer as the spin cycle removes the majority of the water. I also love the steam option...

Great feature - load and go

I love love love the load and go system not messing with laundry soap on every load is so awesome. I'm sure I was using way to much soap and now it does it for me. I have not been buying nearly the the amount of soap I used before.

Dream Machine

Beautiful design, state of the art, easy to use, and gets my clothes clean. Dries the clothes in the washer. Fantastic machine!

You got to hate when the washer is quieter than your dryer!

I previously had an older 3.9 cubic foot washer and decided to take the step up to the 4.5 cubic foot Loan & Go washer. Obviously I love the size & you can't imagine how nice it is not having to add detergent for each load.. Very convenient as I try to get my kids to wash more of their own clothes. FANTASTIC Appliance!

I have had this washer for 1 month now. There is so many WONDERFUL features on this machine. It is QUIET (that is a big plus), I have only had to fill the storage for the soap dispenser twice so far (this alone is so fabulous as the soap/money I have saved is GREAT). Whirlpool Washer with Load & Go

I purchased this a month ago and just love it. I especially like the Load & Go feature. It automatically dispenses the soap and can even dry your load. Nice feature if you put a load in the washer right before going to bed. You can set it and it will be dry when you get up in the morning.

When my new washer & dryer were first delivered, I received the wrong model (95 versions). I was pretty happy with the performance of the older model (95 version) since the drum light went off after a few seconds, and the washer worked well.
