Would RecommendWhen I opened the box I found that the brine well was dislodged (production vs shipping?). I had to disassemble the top of it to get it back into position. I hope that the rest of the softener is okay, I haven’t had it installed yet.
Works well, some hiccups in installation
Seems to be working well once installed. First, the product dimensions do not include the large bypass valve unit on the back, making it at least 2 inches deeper than the box indicates. This may matter if you are trying to fit it into a compact space. Also, it was difficult to get the connection clips set right, resulting in early leaking. Would RecommendI ordered this unit online for delivery. The unit came a day later than it was supposed to. Open up the box after I got it down to my basement and found out the top of the unit was broke and smashed. Called my local Lowe’s to see about getting this picked up in a new one delivered they basically told me I had to bring that one back to the store and I could pick up a new one.
