Shutoff Valve Leaks
I have just installed it and starting leaking from Valve ( not even used once) . I am disappointed that they did not even do testing/ quality check of Valve

Phone service was laughable so I hauled the 100+# box back up stairs & loaded into truck & returned it to Lowe's. Lowe's has slightly smaller WWS in stock, in nice undamaged boxes, so I bought one. Easy Kenmore Replacement
I have 1 inch supply lines with the identical Kenmore diversion valve as this model. I snapped the fittings together and voila! No modifications to my plumbing were needed. The app is great and has all the controls a freak like me loves but my wife hates!
