Best Washer Ever

Love the WiFi and App capabilities

I like the WiFi feature and being able to control the machine with the app. Getting notifications on my phone when loads are finished is extremely helpful and makes doing laundry so much better! Efficient and Quiet

Way too "fussy". Overtaken by software.

Pro: it does was clothes adequately. Cons: electronic controls are a pain. After pushing the power button, it has to "boot up". Then after selecting a cycle, you have to hold the "play" button for about 10 seconds to confirm your choice. Worst is that after every few loads you get a message saying to run the "clean cycle" which requires a special cleaner and takes FOUR HOURS! What a waste of time and unnecessary wear and tear on the machine. Oh, and it has wifi connection...who cares! Wish we h...

Spin Cycle issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The main concern with this washer is the maintenance and issues we are having with the spin cycle. Often time the washer spins so violently that it crawls forward. This can happen with smaller loads or large loads. It's somewhat inconsistent. Also, having to dry the drum and running a cleaning cycle every 30 loads can be a pain. I admit, I've never had a front loader before so maybe this is common?

Smart Features That Actually Help

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I really like this washer so far. It’s super quiet, fits big loads easily, and the Smart features make laundry day a lot smoother. The FreshFlow™ Vent System actually keeps it smelling fresh, which is a nice change for a front-loader. The controls took a little time to figure out, and some cycles run long, but overall it’s reliable and efficient. I’d give it a solid 4 out of 5.

Takes some time adjusting!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washes well! Drum a bit smaller than expected. Very poor instructions. I still don’t understand why dry drum takes 40minutes. The dial on front misalignment for load type is very confusing. May think your washing with one setting, but you are actually using another.
