Major connectivity issues
I was very excited to get my iGrill 2. First time I used it, connected great to my Galaxy S9 and I cooked a chicken on the BBQ. Probes were 20 degrees off which seemed a bit strange. The next time I went to use the thermometer it would NOT connect to my phone again. I spent 10 minutes in absolute frustration before I rebooted my phone, removed the device from my bluetooth devices, and finally I could re-add it as a device. Would RecommendI have had the iGrill 2 for over 2 years and works great with iPhone and iPad Pro. App works as it should and not missing any features. Range is decent and works indoors well too. We BBQ year round with colder winters so we don't stay outside to grill. Great for summertime too with individual temps for each probe, and critical reminders when you're entertaining and forget the steaks while sharing a laugh! Would Not RecommendIf you’re looking for a device that can track more than 1 or 2 temperature readings at a time, then this does the trick. But if you are looking to monitor your temperatures without having to stand by your grill, don’t waste your money. The iGrill is guaranteed to lose signal within every 30 minutes of every cook I do, and that’s without any of my Bluetooth devices being more than 20 feet away from it. App doesn’t work
They thermometers take the temp just fine. However this needs the app to work to justify the cost and getting this over any other thermometer. The is broken, you cannot adjust the dials in the app or leave feedback through the app. Avoid this and the app. Judging from past reviews they clearly botched an update. Stay away don’t buy

Inaccurate Temps
Used this a few times and went with the temp they said. Chicken was almost dry but ok at 165. But tonight prime steaks set at 130 for medium rare. Came out well done no pink to be seen.

Grilling made simple
Would RecommendBought myself a new grill and needed a good and reliable Bluetooth or WiFi thermometer for both meat and grill temp. The salesmen at the grill/fireplace store recommended this product. I cannot explain in words how incredible the iGrill system is. My phone gets alerts if the temp is out of range so I can make adjustments. No more constantly going outside to visually check. And if you have the Weber Smokey mountain smoker this is a god send.

Received this product for Xmas.
Would RecommendThought it did a great job when I smoked some venison pastrami. Used both probes for different size items. Range of the Bluetooth app on my iPhone was good. I had to go out on porch to read temps in smoke house 30 yards away. It would easily read my grill which is outside the back door from inside the house.
