J'ai acheté ce produit il y a 3 mois et les 2 sondes sont déjà défectueuses et indiquent des températures extrêmes qui ne font pas de sens, comme 296 degrés ! Grande déception Je ne recommanderais pas ce produit trop fragile pour un bbq En plus de l'application qui fonctionne rarement

Multiple iGrills

My iGrill2 works great. So does my iGrill3. Extended family lives in two houses. Would prefer to use just one app for both the iGrill2 and iGrill3. Right now, have to delete the app and reload, when going from one house to the next.

I have had good readings until lately. I want to buy more temperature probs but can’t find any.

This is good if you want to stand at your grill

I bought this two weeks ago . I finally got a chance to try it outthis past weekend an d it is great if you don't want to get more than 5 feet from your grill. Otherwise it is useless. once you get more than 5 feet from it it it with the batteries and treset button and the resekeeps saying pair but it will never pair until you get within 5 feet. Worked great... until it stopped working...

Bluetooth does not work well. Completely stopped working after 1.5 years.

IGrill 2 is incredible!

The features of the iGrill 2 are incredible! Purchased and extra food probe and the grate probe. Didn’t realize how inaccurate the lid thermometer was but makes sense why it takes so long to cook something like a pork butt on my new 26” kettle. With this, I can slow n sear 3 ribs with 3 probes and monitor the grill temp at the grate from inside my home with the app on my iPhone, and set ranges and alerts to let me know when the grill temp gets out of the desired range; too hot or too cold. Worked great .. when worked !!!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Got for Christmas and used yesterday for the first time. Easy to set up .. easy to use .. but one probe out of the box kinked and didn’t work properly.

Would have given a 5* but...

I love the ability to monitor the meat that is cooking in real time. It worked great. The only caution I would have is to make sure you don't leave the plastic shield on the probe cord. I somehow managed to leave that on and it melted on the grill. I don't know if there was a cautionary warning on the package or what. But just be careful.

Does what it's supposed to do...except...

You cannot "end" the app on your phone. The notification for the app stays after you end the cook. That's mildly annoying. What is VERY annoying is the "almost done" notifications. When it gets within 10 degrees of your target temp, it beeps annoyingly and pops up an "almost ready" reminder. But guess what? When you are cooking something low and slow, it bounces off that temperature many, many times when cooking. And it beeps EVERY F&%$ING time! Other than that, it works well and th...

Easy to use and works great!

The prongs are great and easy to use. The Bluetooth is fine and I have used it for a whole Turkey and.a whole chicken and everyone loved them.

Amazing longevity

Smiling Bob has nothing on this probe. Had it for several years. Probably one of the first releases. Bought the extra probes to have all four. Criticize me if you want but I’m not easy on tools. They’re meant to be abused, left dirty, dropped, etc. I treated this thermometer the same way. It was exposed to rain, heat, and always left outside in one of my trays under the grill (which I rarely put the cover on until the dead of winter). Originally bought for use with a smoker, and learned to love this thing. However after moving to an apartment and switching to an oven for protein nirvana, this device has made roasting beef pork and chicken reliable fun and tasty. I sound like an advertisement but I'm real. I think I am buying this for friends and family this Christmas Its that good.
