Would RecommendLike every other digital temperature system I've used is not as accurate as you'd think. It gives a great idea of ambient and meat Temps, but not as accurate as a plain old thermometer. Always keep separate analog thermometers to double check these. Overall though, I like this as well as the igrill3.

Pretty good overall
Would Not RecommendOverall this is a nice unit. Works well, is simple to use and seems reliable. One feature is very poor though. The digital display is not good. It is extremely difficult to read, almost to the point you can’t make out the numbers. Not sure why and am not sure if it is faulty or not.

Annoying over temperature alert on probes not plug
Would Not RecommendBought this last summer. Now when I bbq I always get annoying over temperature alerts when only using 2 probes. The other 2 probe channels keep alerting to overtemperature about every 30 seconds Makes it useless for the other 2 channels because it is alway going off

Probes didn’t stand up to the heat
We used this on our Weber gas grill, which we love, though this accessory is a great idea, it didn’t work for us. The grill temp was under 350 & the probes were inserted and not touching the grill & after a minute the probes wire connection were melting & turned white & black, flame was low & top was open so I’m not sure how good it holds up to high heat for extended periods.

Best meat prob ever
I have had 5-10 meat thermometers and they work...but poorly. They would last a few times then mess up. The iGrill 2 is super high quality and works perfectly. I love the prob storage unit. I would highley recommend
