All three quit working. Best part is that Lowe's won't take back without receipts and boxes. Not happy

Check the package for indoor/outdoor use

This sensor works perfectly for the reason I purchased it. It turns on when anyone approaches the porch and stays on for 10 minutes. However, after I installed it, I noticed that it is intended for indoor use like an attic. Check the package.

Burns out too often. Great while it works.

I'm on the third one in the last year and half. Not cheap. Can't find anything similar that screws into ceiling light socket.

Meh.

I bought this as a replacement. Does not work as well as what I had before. Not 360 degree or at least doesn't seem to be sensitive enough, stays on way too long.

Junk

Comes on when switch is turned on then shuts off at 10 min but motion sensor don't work. Once it shuts off ot never comes back on. Don't buy this junk.

Unusable

When I bought it it was the only one on the shelf it had been opened and taped closed when I took it home it did not work

Disappointed

I have purchased around 5 of this item. The last one I purchased it lasted 2 nights. It is a shot or miss when you purchase one, they all don't work. Product is not worth the money you have to pay for it.

Doesn't work

Followed the directions. This doesn't detect motion as it states. Returning to the store.

Worked for me!

Several years ago, they worked great for me. I want to buy more, but the price is now out of my budget. But I would definitely buy it again. They were only like $13.00 several years ago. I don't know why it didn't work for all those people.

Had to return, does NOT work so is JUNK

Sorry I didn't read these at the store, but there you go. Absolute rubbish. Avoid unless you enjoy returning items. I've had another brand before, but this didn't work from hour ONE of installation. And it isn't hard to install. And it must be said, Lowe's seems to make leaving a review work, so I think they don't want us to know how lousy somethings are.

Did not work as expected

Mostly not work. Unstabel and random reaction on movement in the near surounding area...

Bad product

I installed in the middle of our garage. Light came on right away and the next time I checked it was off but did not come back on. I climed the ladder and had to pas my hand in front of the sensor to turn it on. Made sure the window was pointed directly at the door and still got the same results. Too bad, the concept of a 360 degree coverage area is a perfect idea for a garage. The average rating from 52 other reviewers was 2 bars. I should have checked first.

Does not work

I needed to fix a light in my walk in closet. The pull string broke again. Wanted to come up with a different solution. A very helpful Lowes employee came up with this motion control solution. I was very happy. Bought this item right in store before looking up reviews. Just like previous reviewers said: IT DOES NOT WORK! I have to get up on a stool and wave my hand 1-2 inches from the control. Returning and buying the one helpful reviewer mentioned First Alert PIR725 from Home Depot. It appears ...

Works as advertised, no problems

Despite the large number of negative reviews of this product, I have no complaints. At this moment I have two of these installed in my house. One is in the laundry room in the basement and the other one is in the garage. The one in the garage is currently experience a slight delay of about 1 or 2 seconds before activating due to the cold winter temps, but the one in the basement comes on instantly when it detects motion. Motion sensor useless

Unless you are at the level of the light bulb, this is useless. The sensor apparently only looks straight out horizontally. So if your light fixture is above your head, the sensor NEVER senses movement and the light NEVER turns on. I suppose it would work for a light bulb installed on the floor - or installed on a wall below head height......

Highly Recommend

Works perfectly at night when my dad gets up at night to use his walker when he has trouble sleeping. We have been able to avoid serious falls and ER trips because he is able to find things much more readily

Not Working

cannot get adjusted to work all the time. 99 % have to pull lamp cord to activate used in laundry room works 1 time, then next 15-20 have to use pull cord to get light on. Try adjusting every time i go into laundry room. Only usable feature is it turns off light after 10 min..
