Machines don't work. Pieces missing

The insulation itself seems to be a good product. The problem is the blower machine and lack of maintenance. The machines and hoses are owned by the insulation company and rented out by Lowes. It tells you on the side of the machine what is supposed to come with it. 2- 50 ft hoses, worm drive clamps, and a connector tube. The first machine came with 1 50 ft hose and several smaller hoses, People have apparently cut the hoses up for some reason. There was no connector tube or clamps. You're supp...

bad experience

Bought 30 bags to get free machine. Machine was out so I had to look at another store. Very difficult to find correct machine and one that works. called ahead at most places they had no idea you can rent anything other than a carpet cleaner. Two days later I get a machine at rental cost. After spraying It I ended up having roaches in my truck and my house. Do not buy!

great service

I received excellent service from Desiree when getting the two pallets loaded into my trailer. Not an easy job, but they did well.

NEVER TRUST THEIR ADVERTISED FREE EQUIPMENT RENTAL

I was supposed to get a free insulation blower 24 hour rental with my purchase of 30 plus bags of insulation. But, It was after making my purchase that I found out that the rental blower at my local store was broken. I checked 3 other nearby Lowes for a rental: 2 stores said there's was also broken and the 3rd said they don't carry rentals. I had to shop elsewhere and spend over $200 on a insulation blower so i could do the work. Thank you Lowes for your incompetence and deception.

Unknown how well it works just yet? it's only 2 weeks in, it's easy to install but the machine did not work very well. It took a lot longer than what it should have, it took us two years to find a machine within 75 miles that worked and this one did not work properly, if green fiber could service their machines they would sell a lot more product, measure your attic and use the calculator provided to determine how much and don't do it in 100° weather like we did.

Super Product!

Awesome product! We insulated the attic and this was easy to use and blew in quite nicely! It is a bit messy, but well worth it! I'm waiting to see if the electric bill will go down, but I'm sure it will! We added around 8 inches in the attic on top of the old insulation. AWESOME Stuff!

It's hard work to do this yourself, but worth it.
