Previous units lasted well, not this one.

Disappointed as I have been happy with the 2 previous units I purchased. This one won't spray basically spits the solution. I have cleaned the visible part with hot water and cleanser.

Very disappointed

I have owned a wet jet for years. Had to buy a new one. Went to replace bottle and won't spray. I changed batteries and still didn't work. Sounds like motor is .going. Not very happy and not going to waste money buying a new one.

Not worth the money

I must admit that the solution does smell nice. It doesn’t clean as well as washing by hand or with sponge mop. The baseboards must be cleaned separately by hand which increases the time and effort required to clean. My biggest complaint is that I have used the WetJet only about 8 times and now it won’t spray the solution. I have a new solution bottle installed and new batteries, which I have tested to ensure they are fully charged. Nothing. I think I have wasted my money on the unit and the sol...

Not as easy to use as the adverts always show!

Don’t waste your money. The original bottle that comes with the mop cannot be refilled and the large bottle you need to buy makes the mop very heavy to use. It doesn’t produce a good finish. And after only six months, ours has packed up completely. Changed the batteries. Nothing.

This is my second one in a year that has broken. The liquid no longer sprays out after awhile

Been using for years

It's safe to say this is one of my favorite cleaning products. I use it when I'm cleaning floors routinely or if my pup has an accident or just need to spot clean. They have several different varieties of scents included in the liquid cleaner that are available. I've been using this Swiffer wet jet system for many years!

Disappointed

I used to love my swifter wet jet, I had it for a few years. I had to replace it recently and I am not too happy with my new wet jet. After a few weeks, it barely sprayed!!! I changed the batteries, cleaned the spray nozzles but, it's still just. a trickle. I don't have room for clutter and since it wasn't doing the job, I ended up tossing it...been using a regular mop since.

My favorite mop

I absolutely love my Swiffer Wet Jet mop! I bought this starter kit years ago and it still works amazing. This mop makes keeping my floors clean and it’s so convenient to have. With just a press of a button it sprays cleaner then mop it up with the super absorbent mop pad and your done! The scents they have smell great as well fresh and clean.

I wasn’t sure I’d care much about a mop, but the Swiffer WetJet actually surprised me. It’s really easy to use, and perfect for days when I just want to do a quick clean without dragging out a bucket and mop. I’ve mostly been using it in the kitchen, and it does a solid job picking up grime. The cleaner smells nice too, which is a bonus. Only thing is, you do have to keep buying the refills—but honestly, the convenience makes it worth it for me.

Will not be buying another one!

Waste of money

This product is a scam, i use one day and then its stop working the spray, very disappointed

It may be what I need but the problem is not what

The product stops working and it has nothing to do with the battery. I have changed the batteries and have bought a new mop and the same thing is happening again after a few months this time. What is the problem with these mops, I don't have money to buy a new one every two to three months.

Product is defective

Product only lasted through one cleaning. It still has fluid, I put fresh batteries in and it still will not work.

This product is low quality

I was about to buy my third one within a year but by reading the comments, i will not. I have tried to change batteries but it doesn’t work anymore. Talk about waiste of money!!!

Junk

Mine only worked 2 times and just quit working Changed batteries and still didn’t work!very disappointing . Waste of money!
