Worst ever

This mop is terrible. The steam trigger broke after one use. Bought another, and it broke again! Can't return to the store without a receipt. It's clearky a known issue, but Bissell won't do anything either!

Great if....

Trigger mechanism lasted longer than a few months. I love this mop but I have owned three and every single time, the trigger mechanism in the handle breaks after a few months. I wish they would fix this issue.

Not worth the money. My wetjet does a better job, easier to use and was way cheaper.

This is a horrible product.

I bought this thing a few months ago and used it maybe twice. Called to complain and their solution was that I could buy another and they would give me a 20% off coupon. Um...no thanks...one that doesn't work is more than enough.

ruined my wood floor

it ruined the floor of my first apartment circular dents all over the wood floor. I'm crying because I don't know what do to if it can be fixed.

I purchased this product because we don't have a lot of tile and wood floors to clean. It is not even strong enough for a small area. Total waste of money.

Not sure if it is actually cleaning or not

I purchased this thinking it would be easy and efficient, I can't tell if it is the wet pad doing the cleaning and the steam portion is just for show or if the steam or lack of is actually doing some cleaning, disappointed with the product, wrote the company and never heard back.

Steam power cleans well

Not sure why it has a low rating. I love this thing for cleaning the kitchen floors. It gets the stuck on stuff off. Happy I don;t have to bend over or go on my knees.

Great but not soo great!

I love its functions when i first purchase it and how clean it makes my floors with little effort but its upsetting that i had to buy two within two years!!! The steam button becomes loose and stops working every time!!! I may have to swtch to another company another type !!! Unfortunately !! 2 stars due having to replace it so often if i did not have to replace it i would give it 5 stars!!!

Bottom Button Breaks Easily! First try!

Used this to clean my kitchen floors and within 10 minutes the button broke! Now it won’t even steam to clean the floors, since the button no longer works correctly. Be aware, this button breaks easily!

Do Not Waste Your Money..

This is my second time with this particular steam mop. The first time about 4 to 6 months after purchase the steam mop would not stay straight it kept twisting and turning and was difficult to maneuver. I liked this mop because it steamed and smelled very nice and floors looked clean and shiny. However, I decided to get a new one. I've had this one for about 4 yrs and only use it ocassionally. My kitchen floor with textured vinyl tile is difficult to clean. I have found the the best solution is to clean the floor with the Swiffer Wet Jet and then go back over it with the Swiffer Steam Boost Steam Mop. I haven't had the steam mop for very long, and I am concerned about the reviews that indicate that the trigger breaks easily but so far I have had no problems.

BAD BAD PRODUCT

I have had 3 steam mops 3 all broke the same way the trigger for the steam breaks after 1st use now i am stuck with #3the most expensive useless mop i ever had. Dont waste time or $ on this !!!!!!!
