Plz fix

Please fix this item cus I really really love the steam concept & disposable pads & I've owned about 5 of them & all of them, eventually the trigger switch goes out

Works but.....

A little pricey, but pleased with performance. Difficult to maneuver in corners and I had to go back to clean them with paper towel. I don't like how the pad is attached and I would recommend a more secure method like a metal bar that clips into place.

Do not purchase

Pads are difficult to find in near by stores do not carry them. Leaves streaks that makes it look like the floor has never been moped.

Love the product, but.....

I love this product but on my ceramic tile floors rubbing back and forth the edge that you tuck in is not long enough and I have to stop several times to tuck it back in...they need to be a 1/2 to 1/4 inch longer than they are so they will stay tucked in

Great Product! Steam Trigger Broke

I love this product! I used it often until the steam trigger on my mop broke. I am currently looking to purchase another but pricing has gone up in the couple years since I bought mine. I may have to wait to re-purchase. But, I would recommend this item.

Almost impossible to find refill pads.

I really like this but have a hard time finding refill pads. Some are available but very pricey. I'm going to have to find something else to use.

Do NOT buy this product

Only used it a handful of times before the steam trigger broke, rendering the mop useless. Clearly this is a major design flaw given the numerous similar reviews. Bissell - how about you make the trigger more durable?

Loved it until ....

Great for any home

Bought one about a year ago. It finally broke, it will no longer heat up. But for the price & for what it does we will buy another. We have 2 dogs & we have all tile throughout the downstairs. But this can handle the whole downstairs very well considering it’s size. Don’t have to spend hours scrubbing & window fresh scent smells great for days after use!

Great while it works

Loved the clean feeling I got when using this on my wooden floors. I use both dry and wet swiffers around the house but with this you can tell the difference. Unfortunately mine stopped working all of a sudden. I pressed the button and it slides down while never turning on. Not great on the quality department if it doesn't last for long.

works great for a short time

The swiffer Bissell cleans vynal plank flooring very nicely. However, after only a year the steamer stopped working. Would not buy again due to poor longevity of this product.

I would not purchase another Bissell product

Real piece of junk. This the second one we bought and will be the last. The switch broke on both units. First lasted about two months. The second lasted about 6 months. Poor quality even for a cheap unit.

Steam trigger broke

I used it few times and the steam trigger just broke because of poor plastic assembly. Wish I can get it replaced or repaired. They say there is a warranty but the never kept proof of purchase.

Love it but the Triggers Break -3rd TIME

My Wife and daughter love this steam mop however, we are on our third one (4th if you include my daughter). We bought our first a few years ago. After using it for a few months, we bought a second one for the upstairs so my wife would not have to carry it up and down the stairs. At the same time we bought one for my daughter. It was not long before the trigger on the first one broke. Perhaps a year and a half or so... So my wife reverted to carrying the newer one up and down the stairs again. Wi...

Great product easy-to-use

Works pretty good !

I bought this as a quick cleaning material cause I usually just mop my floors. Today I decided to mop and then use the steam mop. The steam mop had caught a lot of dirt that the ordinary mop had missed and you can see it all on the pad. Gross but satisfying.. Only con for me are the cord length and water container, it doesn’t hold much liquid. Not bad tho!

Dont Buy This Product.

I just bought this tonight, I was so excited because this looks like a product that would be fantastic for hardwood floors. What a scam. It doesnt even steam. Its gets a bit warm and then sort of breaths on the floors. It took over 5 minutes for my floors to dry. Try keep a dog off of it. Please do me a favor to whom ever is reading this. Go buy a shark floor steamer and live a happy life.

LOVE this steam mop!!!

This lightweight steam mop really pulls heavy duty. I bought a home recently and the hardwood floors were nasty. My Swiffer steam mop took care of the whole thing with no problems. Lightweight and maneuverable, I was amazed at how well it worked! I'm giving my brother one it's so effective and easy to use. The only hassle is having to fill the reservoir and change the pad frequently.

Cheap parts

Had this steamer for about 2 months. The steam hose inside broke while using the unit. Tried to repair it myself but there aren’t any parts to purchase for repairs. Words of advice....fork out the extra few bucks to purchase a better steamer.
