Would Not RecommendNot worth the price, better off w/ a traditional mop. Left a residue throughout the floors on all areas I passed thru. No sense of "deep-cleaning" due to the steam. I also had to hold down the trigger the entire time I was mopping otherwise it would stop producing steam. Please direct me to the form that must be completed in order to get a refund or partake in the "money back guarantee".

Steam Trigger Breaks After Only a Few Uses
Would Not RecommendI bought a steam boost and after only 2 months of normal use the steam trigger broke. I figured it was a fluke so I purchased a second one....thankfully it was on sale. That one also just broke and I used it even less than the first one. It’s a disappointing product and I won’t be buying any more in the future.

Would Not RecommendJust get a Shark. This works no better than a regular Swiffer. The pads are wet pads like a cheap Swiffer, and do not "scrub" despite the steam feature.

Handle trigger broke
Would Not RecommendI purchased the steamboost and used it on my floors. I went and purchased a box of clothes and then the trigger broke. I called Bissell trying to get the replacement handle and they're claiming no repair. It is sad because I liked the way the Bissell Steamboost cleaned up really quick. I feel like I wasted my money

Would Not RecommendI've had the worst customer service experience, had a steam mop with you guys for LESS than a month and I can't even get a replacement from you all. I got the stupid mop as a house warming gift and I can't believe it has already stopped working! The customer service rep told me to get a refund from where I purchased it from over and over and he would not replace it! I'll never buy a product from you guys again after this experience and I will make sure everyone I know does the same!!

Disappointing - trigger broke
Would Not RecommendI was pleased with the job it did the first month I had it. I cleaned my floors weekly. Got it out to use the first week of November and the trigger broke. Very poorly made of cheap plastic. After reading many reviews with the same problem, I think it’s safe to say Swiffer and/or Bissell are aware of the poor quality of their product. Expected much more from both companies. What a disappointment.

Worked great until the the switch on the handle broke.
Would Not RecommendI used this barely once a month for a small apartment ( < 800 sq ft) cleaning of debris sweeping didn't pick up. Didn't even last a year. Now the bottom heats, but there's no steam coming out. I wish products were made to last like they used to. All this cheap plastic is ridiculous. Gave 2 stars because it worked really well (loved it) until it broke. Now, it's as useless as the swiffer in my closet.

Would Not RecommendI have this steamer for a few months them the mechanism broke... the mechanism is a small plastic piece to the back of the handle so when press steam comes out, it is now completely useless because you can no longer have it steam. To pay so much and have it broken in a short time is ridiculous, Yes ! I'm annoyed

Not worth it
Would Not RecommendI bought the Swiffer Steam Boost to use in conjunction with my Swiffer Sweep + Vac on my tile floors. I planned to Steam Mop 2 or 3 times a week after I used my Sweep + Vac. However I am quite disappointed in the performance of the Steam Boost. The steam quality is mediocre at best. I mean it doesn't do much better than a Swiffer wet jet. This product is not for me.

Great cleaning abilities but poor design
Would RecommendI really like how it cleans. I feel like I am getting the dirt out of my floors. The only problem is with the trigger mechanism. I have had 2 of them break now at this site. A good option though for a steam mop as it is more affordable, just wish it would last.
