The trigger broke

I really like this mop. It works great on hardwood floors, but the trigger broke and can't use it. Is there any way to get a new trigger?

Poorly designed trigger breaks within months of use.

Product works decent for quick cleanup. Mechanical trigger is clearly designed poorly and broke after a few months. The pivot nubs on the trigger break off and is not repairable Cant find a replacement trigger part through bissel or Swiffer. Ergonomics of holding trigger for duration of cleaning is tiring. Handle shaft flexes during use. Head swivel is lacking.

Poorly Created

This product left me very unsatisfied as it didn't work at all. Doesn't clean, doesn't steam, doesn't heat. Cheaply made and not a cheap price.

Broken Handle, Poor Design

As many others have said, the handle broke almost immediately, just from regular use. The plastic cracked and I had to throw it away.

Waste of money

Purchased this product and within a month the trigger mechanism broke.

Piece of garbage. Call site O help handle broke and they would not do anything for me

Trigger broke so I had to improvise

The biggest appeal when purchasing was the price. When you are limited in funds you have to go with what you can afford. So when the trigger broke it was a real problem since the floors still need cleaning. I don't have the money to afford to buy a new mop when the one I have is in otherwise fperfect condition... I had to make do... I pulled the handle off and there is a button that goes to the steam trigger in the base part of the handle. I took a piece of paper towel and stuffed it into the ha...

Great product until handle broke!

This was great for my ceramic floors as well as my hardwood. The trigger broke on the handle and I was going to get a new one when I came across this site and read all the other people who had the same problem as I did!

Love & Hate the wonderful steamer..!!!

My family and I love this Steamer because it's light weight and easy mess free useage! We use it to clean all the tile & hardwood floors in our house. The only thing we Hate about it is the fact the steamer is operated by a Cheap Plastic Trigger that loves to break. Once broken you can no longer use and there are no replacements available. We are left with buying a new one every 4-6 months, I've now lost track how many we have bought over the past 3 years, but since it's the easiest steamer ever...

Disappointed

Love the easy clean at my new house with all the til flooring & love the way the pads make it smell so fresh & clean after mopping. Disappointed the trigger broke so soon & now it won't heat up - maybe that's related to trigger. Wished it would've e lasted longer. I just bought a big box of the Swiffer Steamboost pads.

Disappointed... Don't Buy This Product

Received as a gift. Pleased to use it for couple of times then trigger broke. Very disappointed from this product and don't know how to fix it. Please Help

So very disappointed

I love this product I got mine a month and a half ago. It's very easy and light weight to use especially with my back problems. But over this weekend the trigger broke. Now I have a brand new box of pads that I can't use. I'm very hesitant in buy another one especially with there is only one income coming in our household.

Very disappointed

I fell in love with this! We received as a wedding gift and I could not wait to use it! It cleaned the floors wonderfully and the smell was clean and light. Unfortunately it broke after the third use and is completely useless now. Very disappointed!

Does a great job-BUT trigger breaks easily

I love this product for cleaning my tile and hardwood floors. Biggest con is that the trigger breaks so easily. After reading all the reviews I now realize that this is a known problem. My second one recently broke and I'm hesitant to purchase a new one knowing that it will most likely happen again. Very disappointing because it really does a great job cleaning the floors.

Trigger broke!

TRIGGER BROKE! I was given this as a gift in Feb. I liked being able to use steam. Its a huge disappointment to see that this is a known issue, and there's no fix. I hated like anything telling my friend and there's no way to return it. Money isnt easy for her to come by. Worse yet, i gave my wet jet away in a fit of glee. I wish Id kept it now! Now ive got a big box of pads, and no solution.

Can't find cloths

I can't find the cloths anywhere. The regular Swiffer pads are too small, so I have had to use rags.
