Trigger relies on two plastic posts to support the pressure.

Works great but relies on tiny plastic pegs to support the pressure of a spring trigger. Won't last long... like other reviewers mentioned. Mine broke. Hoping to hear about a replacement trigger.

I would but again if ever needed

Used it when I needed to clean my kitchen, I have the deluxe upgraded one. Fabulous!!! My 4 cats love it.

Don't But This Product

Poorly constructed. The trigger broke after a few usages. Tried to buy replacement part can't find it anywhere

Not worth the money

STEAM trigger just broke! Only used it a few times. Terrible quality. Will not be spending money on another.

Clearly a faulty design. And it looks as if it's discontinued in Canada. All I want is the top part of the pole with the trigger in place. HUge disappointment.

I didn't know that other people have the same issues but, just day my steam mop trigger broker/ snapped and small plastic part came out. Really a faulty product.

Should be recalled

Purchased one Steamboost and was happy with how clean it was leaving the floors, until the trigger all of a sudden broke and would not work again. Bought a second Steamboost, thinking maybe it was my fault the first time around, but the trigger broke AGAIN. There is obviously an issue with this and it should be taken off the shelves until it is solved. Huge waste of money.

Great for glamping!

In purchased my steam cleaner a few years ago. This is small and perfect for our camping trailer! Perfect for cleaning up what my husband and kids bring in!

Accidently found the Steamboost pads, ordered them and LOVE

I've owned the O***k floor steam cleaner for over 10 years and only used it a handful of times as the washable microfiber cloths are difficult to push on my marble floors, while wet using the steamer. Love/Hate

Apparently the trigger breaking is a huge problem on these! I absolutely loved using this but the trigger broke and I hate it. I got on here to try and get another one but after reading the reviews I have decided against it. Hopefully there’s another product that will do the same thing but better quality.

Trigger just broke

Worked fine for a couple years then one day the plastic trigger broke.

The waterline leaked and it caught on fire!!

Had this led than a year. Catching on fire is a big issue!

Great until Trigger Broke

I loved this until it broke. I've had it for about two years. You might say, "WOW!!! a product that lasted two years." But when you distill it down, I probably used it once monthly for two years maybe three. That means I used it 24-36 times. Wow, you can't make a simple trigger that lasts more than 36 times? This is not the stone-age. You know how to do this, but you are boosting your revenue by making "cheap" products instead. This "cheap" product cost me somewhere between $1 and $2 per use. Ma...

Trigger broke after few uses.

Poor quality - broke after 10 uses

I enjoyed the product while it worked, however after approximately 10 uses the tube the delivers the water to the mop head broke and renders it useless. It is now only usable as a regular swiffer without steam cleaning. I am very displeased with the quality of this product!

I've got two of these dead in my closet. The trigger just stops in the middle of a job. The exact same thing has happened twice. What I really want is a high quality steam mop that I can use with the swiffer pads. Any advice on which one to buy? This is so disappointing. Grrr.

Great product, poor constuction. Trigger broke

I like the concept of the steamboost and it worked great for a short period of time. Then the trigger broke on it and no way to fix. Bought another and the same thing happened to it. Not going for a third attempt.
