Would Not RecommendSon has immune disease, I have cancer in current treatments, need sterile home. I'm a NICU nurse, w/zero family my son is the one who suffers most. You make a product to help it doesn't work. I see all the other reviews, try to exchange it @ store, nope. They direct us to you, same. Companies make products get there money and that's it. Trigger fixed on 6639
I too, experienced a broken trigger. I'm one for recycle and/or reuse. I took the steamer apart. I took the trigger and drilled two very small holes behind and parallel to the location of broken off plastic nubs. I took a wrist watch pin that holds the strap to the watch and pushed it through the new drilled holes. Steamer works Great! Yes, Bissell needs to redesign the 6639 trigger assrmbly!

It was useful until the trigger broke!
Would Not RecommendI really was excited to bring this home, I had high hopes for it being small and lightweight. I only used it for about a month and it was meeting my expectations when suddenly the handle/steam trigger just up and broke. Haven't had the heart to throw it out but it's all but useless without a working handle. Back to the drawing board? I look forward to the "new and improved" version.

Excellent product
Would RecommendI enjoy using this light weight easy to use steam mop. It heats up quickly and it's light weight makes it easy for me to use- even while recovering from foot surgery. It's reasonably priced, long cord makes it easy to do the entire room without switching outlets- and small enough to store in my pantry easily.

Disappointed
Would Not RecommendI have been through 3 Steamboost mops and was getting ready to purchase my 4th but figured I would try to see if Swiffer sells replacement parts. All 3 mops have had the trigger break. I LOVE this mop up until it breaks. I wish there was some other option instead of having to purchase the entire product again. Are there any options or is there a similar product that has a longer lasting lifespan?

Great for all my floors and easy to use
Would RecommendI purchased my Steam boost several years ago. Gets Tile and Hardwood so clean. I don't have to use a lot of chemical cleaners & it's easy to use. Mine finally died this week and I will definitely be replacing it with another Steam boost.

I am very unhappy with this product compared to my old shark
Would Not RecommendLoved my Shark. The significant other bought this as a gift after the other one died. It is of no comparison. I will be returning it and paying the difference for a mop that has more steam power, a button that does not hurt my finger (or just a pump action), and a re-usable washable cloth with more teeth that does a better job and does not keep polluting a landfill.

Unimpressive
We have had this for about 3 weeks, and have used it a total of 3 times. On the third use the trigger mechanism broke... the mechanism is a plastic piece with very small plastic nubs to keep it in place and both of them snapped off. Once this happens it is completely useless because you can no longer have it steam. On top of it breaking, it was mostly useless in the first place. Used three times and handle broke
I used the this mop for the third time today and the handle broke. Also, the pads shred to pieces after about 20 sq ft. Every time I have used this mop it takes 5-7 pads to mop my entire kitchen. I have used several different steam mops and this is the worst by far. I will be returning to the store and using my refund toward another product.

Leaves streaks
I have used this product 3 times and love the easiness of it. HOWEVER, whatever is on the cloths leaves streaks on ceramic tiles and I have tried plain water and water mixed with ammonia. So far I have not been able to get rid of the marks with this steamer. The only way has been to rub with a lot of pressure and on my hands and knees. I DO NOT recommend this product solely because of that.

Would Not RecommendI've had mine for about a year and I poured the water and it started leaking, fast!!! It came from the bottom. I wish these companies would show how to fix the problem!!

Good but trigger handle is flimsy
I was enjoying using it but not having owned it a year, the trigger handle broke. Taking it out of the box, I was expecting it to break sooner or later b/c the feel of it is flimsy. However, while it worked, I thought it worked great just wished it would have lasted longer....

A lot of work with incredibly mediocre results
Would Not RecommendFilled the reservoir, plugged it in, and got mop pads to stay put...I expected this to work far better than a regular old Swiffer. However, even when I went over and over the same spot in my kitchen activating the steamer and swiping numerous times to lift the dirt, I gave up and used a rag to wipe the floor-it cleaned it much fast and more thoroughly. I have been happy with this mop
Would RecommendI have been happy with this mop, I have had it for a couple of years. However, it has suddenly stopped working and I can't figure out why It will not heat up. I have taken very good care of it. I am disappointed and now I have to find a new mop. I am reluctant to try another Swiffer, knowing it could fail. Also, it does the basic mopping job, but does not clean grout in ceramic tile.

Poor quality triggers
I'm on my third broken unit. All 3 broke at the trigger that allows the steam to come out. In simple basic use all three triggers have broken, rendering the units worthless. I threw the first one away not knowing better. I returned the second one to the store as it was only 2 months old. And here I am 5 months later with yet another broken trigger on #3. Got a lemon :/
We received this as a gift . Tried to use it for the first time and would not work. Thought I might be missing a button or my outlet was bad so watched a video and plugged it into several other working outlets. No go. I am really disappointed since we are now stuck with something that does not even work. Nothing seems broken on the unit and the cord is intact.
