Nice rower for the price

I'm going to be 62 soon and have been working out regularly, I used to have a gym with cardio equipment at my disposal, but recently moved and set up my home workout room with free weights, my bench and squat rack. WOW...!!!...Just what I wanted...!!

I purchased my #1399 Rower about 2 weeks ago and love it....it is what I wanted (an overall workout)....I use it twice daily and can't wait to get going....feels good after each use...you can not beat this price for such a good unit....Thank You...I put it together in about 30 minutes,very clear instructions...all is good...Lou Gallant

Compact and easy to set up

Fairly easy to set up. space saving. great for exercise. a bit noisy, but that is to be expected with this type of device.

It's Ok. I would prefer to have a monitor that is programmable, that is in meters, rather than miles

trouble with glide parts

Machine exhibits more than we expected. We use it faithfully, once daily. Plastic guides that allow seat to move back and forth on rail are disintegrating, slowly. Rail now has deposits of plastic along outer edge. Is this a common problem? If yes, how do we remedy?

Stamina ATS 1399 good choice

Great machine! My husband loves it. He said the reviews described it perfectly. Easy to fold for storage. Customer service was excellent when we had a question.

Had for 6 months use 3 to 4 times a week strap broke unable to find any way to fix

Noticeable difference in the way I felt after one short workout on the 1339 ATS AIR Rower.

Great workout machine

Bought this about a month ago. I am a cyclist and with the heat lately, its too hot to ride outside. This does a great job for an indoor workout. While this isnt a concept2 it does as its suppose to do, give you a.decent full.body workout. I would recommend this. Putting it together ther was fairly easy. One hole did not line up correctly but that.was.easily fixed with.a.drill. so if you arenlooking for a.decent rower that wont break the bank...I recommend this unit.

Stamina Rower 1399

I love this rower. It was easy to assemble. Instructions were great and the parts were well organized to there was no fumbling around to figure out which part went where. The rower itself is solid and for a regular workout, it's great.

Great! rower for the price. Does exactly what its suppose to do,well built and a great product.Very satisfied customer. If you want more resistance just speed up your strokes.

Good $$$ value

Purchased about a month ago. Although it isn't a "professional gym" product (and it never claimed to be), it provides a very good low-impact cardio workout. Also does a decent total body toning workout including arms/shoulders, abs, back, and legs. Unit is well built and comfortable to use. Definitely could recommend if you are in the market for this type of workout!

Excellent equipment for the price!

I bought this a month ago and have used it 2-3 times weekly to supplement my running and other fitness activities. It definitely works different muscles in the legs and has helped me feel stronger as a runner. For me to get my heart rate up, I really have to have a high tempo (30+ strokes a minute). The machine is smooth and not as loud as some reviews would have you believe. The seat is cushioned, but firm. I wear padded biking shorts and loose fitting gym shorts over them. Stamina ATS rower- great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use it almost daily- it's a great product for the price. The only thing I wish it had was a distance monitor more detailed- actually in meters instead of .1, .2 of a mile

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought online about a month ago, very easy set-up. The machine is a lot sturdier than I was expecting and does a wonderful workout. I read all the reviews of this (and other) machines and decided to purchase the Stamina 1399 for my price range. Very substantial piece

I needed a piece of equipment to rehab from a DOUBLE KNEE REPLACEMENT and get a whole body work-out at the same time. The ATS Air Rower 1399 knocks it "OUT OF THE PARK"

very good value

bought it about 4 weeks ago. smooth motion, pretty good workout. fan is a little loud and i wish my legs were rubbery when finished but overall thumbs up !! i'm 6'2" and get full leg extension

Replaced my treadmill

I followed recommendations from several internet sites, the 1399 was rated best in its price range. Easy to assemble. Provides the aerobic exercise I wanted with less physical stress than my treadmill. I'm 81 years old and use it every day it is an excellent product. Readout is helpful the only thing missing is a stroke count. Well worth the price.
