Would RecommendI love the stamina rower. It works my whole body and is easy on my joints. Stamina also stands behind it's products. The belt on my rower was fraying. I contacted customer service. I had a new main frame in two days on my doorstep. I am happier with this rower than I have been with any other exercise equipment that I have purchased.

Would RecommendI bought this as a replacement for a more expensive one that broke. This gives me a better workout, the handle is more comfortable to grip and the calculations work for what I am doing. It is great!

Better than I expected
I love this rower. It gives me the all around workout I have been looking for. I was surprised how easy it was to put together. The seat glides so smoothly and is comfortable for my large rear end. Handgrips are perfect and I love that the harder I row, the harder it gets. Just perfect for a beginner!

The workout is good
Would Not RecommendThe workout is good but forget it if you planned to workout while someone is sleeping or listen to music on anything but a personal earplug or watch tv while you row. It is very noisy. I hate that. Other than that, it is a good rower and gives me the workout I needed.

Disappointed
Would Not RecommendThis lasted for only 1979 minutes of rowing before the spring box decided to break. Had the part on order for a month before I cancelled the part order. I'm going elsewhere for a rower.

Would RecommendI have been wanting a rowing machine and finally did it - and it awesome! I'm just sorry I waited so long. I use 4x per week and can feel the difference already. I use it during the week when my schedule is so unpredictable. It's a perfect compliment to my routine. It was easy to assemble. Easy to use. Thanks

Would RecommendIf you hate exercising (like me), this is a great way to work out every part of your body in a very short time. Watch TV while doing it and the time just slips away!
