Great low impact alternative to treadmill. Enjoying the workout

Great rower for the price

I bought this rower back in June of 2018 and have been very satisfied. My main goal with it was to use it at home in conjunction with HIIT style workouts to train for OCR races. This Rower is smooth in its function, just the right amount of tension to give you as much of a workout as you want, and very moveable when I want to move it from my garage to Patio or inside. Great piece of equipment.

Hands down Best for the price

I brought this a few weeks ago and thought it would be a easy little workout wrong lifting weights and doing cardio is very different I was happy I was so tired I need this type of workout

Great piece of equipment

I love this rower, and it does quite the workout!! My only complaint would be that the seat isn't the most comfortable, but I will work on find a solution.

Good machine

So far I am satisfied with the ATS Air Rower 1399. It assembled easily and is providing the exercise we need. My only criticism is with the seat. It's quite uncomfortable after only about 5 to 10 minutes on it. I have purchased a cushion to place over the existing seat to make it more comfortable.

Just what I was looking for!

This rower is exactly what I was looking for, and is a valued addition to my workout equipment. ....The only modification needed was to place the back pedestal on a 6 inch platform to increase leg resistance in the rowing stroke. .....I absolutely love thins machine and it has been simple, yet flawless thus far.

Works well for a while

I bought it based on a friend's recommendation. Then my belt assembly broke soon after his, less than a year after I purchased it. I use it 2x per week for 20 minutes, so maybe that's expected. Not pricey to fix, but a hassle. Also, maybe I'll pay more for my next rower if it has adjustable tension, so maybe I'll be able to row longer.

Gret machine, once you fix the construction

Everything about this machine matched all the research that I had done. It’s smooth, has a very easy construction method and is quite sturdy. It folds nicely, and it’s very easy to move around. The problem is that we had to rip the whole thing apart to fix the sensor that triggers the monitor. The first issue was that the wheel magnet had fallen off. Big Enough 6'3"

I've only had this machine for a short time and the quality for home use work well for me. I'm 6'3" 220lbs 36" inseam with zero issue for length. There seems to be another 2+ inches of leg length.

Easy way to start exercising

I read that rowing and swimming were two of the best methods to exercise. This unit was less expensive than putting in a pool. I use the unit about 3 times a week. I feel that I get an excellent full body workout.

Broke after 6 months

I bought this product in January and it has already broken. I used it on average 3x a week. Very poorly made and I would recommend staying away from this product at all costs.

Somewhat disappointed

I bought this machine about a year ago. It's a pretty noisy machine so be prepared. Hopefully you'll have noise cancelling headphones or earplugs. The most disappointing though is the spring on the pulley system broke after only a year of use. The parts warranty is only for 90 days and so I'm probably up a creek here. I went to the website to see if I could purchase some parts but there is not place to go to find parts despite what the manual stated. I emailed the company and am awaiting a...

Great piece of equipment

As a personal trainer I am aware of exercise equipment, rowing is one of the top 3 cardio exercises due to the use of a majority of muscles being used, best bang for the buck

Good rower, almost!

It's been about three weeks since I got my new rower. It came with fast shipping and was packed really well. It was easy to put together with good instructions. I have been using it almost every day and I am up to 10 minutes now, I am really out of shape so going slowly is good for me. I really like the rower, it is easy to use at whatever level is right for you and I can see that it is going to just the thing I need. There is one thing though, the monitor! It doesn't keep the correct time...

Love my new rower

Easy set up, works great. Wish display showed spm as it's difficult to set a consistant pace but overall I love this rower. Definately worth the price.

Great Work Out, Bad Spring

I've had this rowing machine for about a year and a half and this is the 3rd time the resistance spring has broken. I've ordered replacements each time and they usually arrive quickly, but it's still a pain. They appear to only last about 6 months each. It's a great workout, but if anyone wanted one I'd tell them to expect to spend $30 (and an hour installing it) every 6 months for a new spring.

After 1 year with average use the spring coil broke into half. The company should stand behind their product.

Fantastic product and fantastic service

I'm 77 years old and can no longer use my tread mill for my several times a week, boring brisk walks. I remembered that my family old doctor said that he had a rowing machine that he used for cardiovascular exercise. Excellent Product and Customer Service

Not only does the rower work exactly as advertised, the Stamina Products customer service is great! When I first received my air rower, the belt in the mainframe came off of the flywheel during shipping and the rower had no resistance. I emailed Stamina about this and they sent me another rower, no hassles! I've been using the rower for almost a month now and everything works great! This is an excellent product and is highly recommended!
