good overall body muscle improvement

This is exactly what I have been looking for for whole body improvement. The tension is at a good level.Instructions for installation were very easy to follow. I am an 84 year old female and able to put together very easily.

Easy to assemble

I bought this about a month ago and I'm very happy with this rowing machine. It was easy to assemble.

Works great

I use it 10 min. / day. Very happy with it. Also great price.

This is my second Stamina rower. I love it, the price is right, easy to assemble and a great workout.

needs a larger seat

I machine is good --but would you have a larger seat to go on it? When I get back to the finish it feels like the seat is going to scoot out from under me . I tried moving up on the seat but that put my tail bone on the back and caused pain.

I did a lot of research prior to finally making a purchase. It came down to this and the concept 2. I saved a lot of money and got an amazing rower.

Attention to details

I like the fact that the tools for assembly were included, making assembly fast and easy. The fit and finish of all the parts were excellent. As for use, it does give me a complete workout and operates smoothly.

So far it’s great

I’ve had this rower for a couple of weeks and so far it’s great I don’t think it can be beat for the price.

The display has never worked.

This is oir 4th Stamina machine. Why? Because the other three never worked properly. Finally upgraded to this one and from day one, the display didn’t work.

great workout!

Im getting a total body workout using this every day for 30 mins. Love it that I can tone my arms without using weights and hurting my neck. Great investment!

Love it!

Quick and easy set up, Comfortable to use, awesome workout. I run 5 to 6 miles a day and lift weights. Got this for my wife, and used it once for 5 minutes and I was gassed. Love it! Awesome for cardio and high intensity heart rate targeting for a quick 10 to 15 min workout.

My husband and I decided to buy this for us as a Christmas present and so happy we did. We are seniors and were starting to develop into couch potatoes. Now we feel better and know our hearts are happy too.

My initial experience with this rower was mired when on of the internal belts slipped off the internal fan. After reaching out I was promptly sent replacement parts and had to dissemble the unit and rebuild. The long-term durability is probably my biggest concern, but hopefully this was a singular event. Happy I bought

I bought this rower, just a couple weeks ago. I had used a rower at the gym I attended, so wasn’t sure if this rower would be what I would expected. I did some research and decided to buy this one. SO glad I did!! Totally impressed. Definitely recommend.

Good features

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and am satisfied with product although the plastic front pieces do not completely fit snugly together.
