Solid mobile base. Works great on my Steep City cabinet saw with no issues.
Fit on with ease. I had to modify (cut two of the brackets since my saw was built with different dimensions. Wasnt an issue at all. Works perfect.

A great base
I bought this base for my 18 inch bandsaw and it works perfectly. This base greatly widens the footprint of the saw making it very stable when moving. I especially like the design for keeping it stationary that uses hand knobs and rubber feet as opposed to lever locking casters that can stick out and catch your feet/ankles.

Great design; simple to assemble
I have 3 of these shopfox mobile bases and very happy with how they perform. Low profile keeps even top-heavy equipment stable when moving as well as when locked down in position. Assembly is tedious (lots of bolts/nuts), but simple!

Does not perform as expected.
This base was recommended by Grizzly to work with the 1066 drum sander. After placing sander onto base, I found it extremely difficult to roll. Cheap casters damaged my new shop floor beyond repair! Do not buy this base to use under any heavy equipment! You will regret it! Cheap casters!

No worth the dough
I bought this for My Ultimate Bandsaw as it was recommended by Grizzly. Its not up to the same quality of Grizzlys Mobil base. Shop fox is Steel wheels on a steel bolt, versus ball bearing. It does not roll well compared to Grizzlys unit which is superior in all aspects. Quality is also below standard as side rails were held up by weld metal in the corner brackets. I replaced it with the Grizzly base, I now have 3 of them, one each on my shaper, table saw and bandsaw. They roll effortlessly and ...

Pretty good product, excellent Chinese Engineering!!
Had to buy this to support the Deckel GK 21 pantograph I just bought. Machine weight is about 1200 pounds and this mobile base makes moving the machine easy anywhere I want to move it. I already have two other bases, one for my Excellent Grizzly metal cutting bandsaw, and the other for my Boyer Shultz 6/12 surface grinder. If you need a mobile base and have no time to make one, this Grizzly product is the one to buy.

The best thing about it - it's adjustable to your needs. I replaced original side bars with 3/4"x1-1/2"x42" thick wall tubing and carries Smithy 1324 with no problems!

I purchased this base since it was recommended on your website for use with the Grizzly 3 hp bandsaw that I purchased. I set the machine on the mobile base and the lower access door to the blade wheel could not swing open because it hit the base caster wheel assembly. I am not happy about this. Although I placed a block at each corner to raise the machine 1-1/2 , the machine mostly rides on top of base. This does not provide the stability Id like to have for moving the machine.
