Doesn't last
Would Not RecommendPurchased in 2018 for a newly remodeled kitchen. I was so excited about this microwave oven, but excitement was short lived. Unfortunately oven is only 950 watrs, so obviously food takes longer to heat up. However, I did still love it in spite of that short coming. Now, in 2023 my dream microwave died and parts are not available to repair it. What's worse is I must buy new drawer style oven to fit in the hole in my cabinet! Well, here's the kicker.. Sharp makes all microwave drawers.....

Would Not RecommendInstalled into a large kitchen island. Broke in these 3 months of owning - would not heat anything. Now just past my 1 year warranty, the unit won't power on at all. Could be control unit, fuse or panel. Who knows. Worthless $1500 hunk of junk.

Microwave dead after 6 months
Would Not RecommendSimilar to other reviews online at Lowes, installed this microwave in June and it is now dead and will not turn on at all. Tried flipping circuit breaker as other owners have and nothing works. Waiting on assistance from a technician. Have emailed both online support and the sharp service email to prove that when it was purchased despite registering it online at sharp. My case number is 9505777.

So far it's worth it
Would RecommendLikes: Looks great, cooks/heats food very well, easy to clean, quiet and the drawer feature works great. Dislikes: To access the control panel, you have to push in the same exact spot every time and you have to push pretty hard for it to open and close.
